Pros:

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they go all out for you. The place was nice and clean and also spacious. I liked that they had both a shower and a bathtub.

Cons:

The carpet showed stains all over...they need to remove the carpet and replace it with tiles, that would be awesome 👌

Always a great experience
Pros:

I have stayed at Hudson House a number of times and it’s always great. I particularly liked the fact that they now have a minibar that is affordable! Ideal if you want a snack or drink and don’t want to go to the shops.

Pros:

Everything. The atmosphere was super warm and welcoming, the staff were genuinely friendly, kind, and very helpful, and I felt safe at all times. Breakfast felt very homie and was absolutely delicious. The overall vibe of the place made the stay feel comfortable and personal rather than transactional. Size of the room is very similar to reality.

Cons:

Nothing in terms of the stay itself. One small practical note: some taxis struggled to find the gate, especially late in the evening. Adding a more visible spotlight or clearer signage with the property name at the gate or next to it would make arrival even smoother.
