Única coisa a reclamar é que pedi a menina da limpeza pra limpar meu quarto e ela mal mal retirou o lixo das lixeiras. O resto foi tudo perfeito. Voltaria a me hospedar la com certeza!

Hotel bom, pena que estava em manutenção e de 6 piscinas disponíveis apenas 2 estavam funcionando. Não recomendo ninguém a ir antes das reformas serem finalizadas.

Um hotel muito bom para passar suas férias.
Pros:

Nada favorável, não com o hotel, mas com a reserva. Reservei pela Expedia o hotel e quando cheguei para fazer o check in não havia a reserva, tive que pagar uma diária se não eu e a minha esposa não tínhamos onde dormir. Somente só no outro dia a gente foi transferidos para um hotel, perdemos uma diária e tivemos que pagar a mais ainda.

Minha experiencia foi terrível, pois este hotel que estão pedindo para fazer a avaliação, não foi o que fiquei hospedado, pois fiquei em outro do mesmo grupo, só que não pertencia ao hotel, era de um terceiro o apartamento, que não tinha roupa de cama, nem serviço de quarto, não foi dado entrada para o parque conforme foi visto no site da expedia no dia da compra do pacote. frustração total, fora,a o tempo perdido na recepção, para resolver o problema.
