Limpeza dos quartos, café da manhã atendeu minhas necessidades, tapioca feita na hora caprichada. Acesso ao parque di Roma com facilidade.

Cons:

Não tenho o que reclamar. Apenas como observação, os valores das bebidas no parque Di Roma é super faturado, mas acredito que em qualquer hotel de caldas novas vai ser assim..

Ótimo destino para famílias
Pros:

Ótima localização do hotel, parque bem na frente do hotel com ótima infraestrutura.
Café da manhã é excelente.
Quartos muito aconchegantes e confortáveis, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado.
Atendentes atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

A WIFI e péssima (fiquei no quarto andar), porem outras vezes fiquei em outros andares e WIFI era ruim e não arrumaram.
Quando temos algum problema na reserva porem ela foi feita pelo booking e complicado resolver com o Hotel (ficam jogando de um lado para outro).

Voltaria várias vezes para esse hotel.
Pros:

O hotel é limpo, o quarto apesar de pequeno é aconchegante, o café da manhã é bom e a piscina bem quente do jeito que tem que ser.
O quarto é limpo todos os dias e as toalhas sempre limpas.

Cons:

Não gostei do chuveiro e do banheiro pq é minúsculo.
