Pros:

Excelente servicio del personal , restaurante y desayuno bueno. El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, y la habitacion muy buena amplia, cómoda y muy bien decorada y organizada. Nos encantó el hotel.

Cons:

podría mejorar la temperatura del aire acondicionado, ya que fue verano y por mas que lo tenías en el maximo de baja temperatura , sin embargo creemos que no era algo del hotel en general en toda la ciudad es igual con los aires acondicionados.

La estadía fue fantástica! Nos gustaron mucho las instalaciones del hotel, y sobre todo el servicio de todo el personal ( Juan Carlos que nos atendió en el desayuno fue muy amable). Llegamos al hotel unas horas antes del check in, y la recepcionista (una mujer de ojos claros) nos permitio ingresar antes a nuestra habitación, lo cual fue muy valioso porque recien llegábamos de un viaje muy largo y estábamos cansados.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, recorrimos casi todo caminando. Tanto de dia como de noche salir y volver al hotel fue, ademas de comodo, super seguro.
La habitación era muy amplia, siempre muy limpia y las camas super comodas.
Cenamos la última noche en el Restaurant de la terraza. La comida riquísima y el servicio impecable! Muy buenos cocktails!

Short stay in Rome to finish off our Italy holiday. Loved the hospitality.
Pros:

The room was fantastic with the layout great.
The roof top bar and breakfast area were great.
Location was very good, within short walking distance to the main attractions.
Reception team were very helpful and were able to give us our room early.

Last stay on holiday in Rome before returning home. Lovely location near all must see sights.
Pros:

Room was great. Love the setup. The roof top bar and breakfast area were fantastic. Reception team were awesome and was able to give us the room early, and helped with any questions day or night.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing with the hotel standing. Have had better experience elsewhere.
