Ok stay don’t use their concierge service otherwise you’ll overpay and won’t get the service you expect.
Pros:

Room bed comfortable and good location.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t the best . Coffee lovely. But my biggest ick was that we paid €249 for a taxi ride to the port with their concierge service. We were promised:-
€ 249 per way: up to 2 passengers in a Luxury sedan (maximum 2 standard 23 kg suitcases + 1 carry-on: total of 3 pieces of luggage.
We got an ordinary taxi no luxury Sedan and paid €100 more as the taxis are €150 one way. So feeling pretty ripped off !!

Cons:

Relação qualidade preço do hotel.

O pequeno almoço deveria ter mais do que uma máquina de café, pois formava fila pois apenas dispõe de uma, o que tornava a movimentação complicada.

O nosso quarto entrava luz pelas janelas da casa de banho, sendo tudo em open space para o quarto a luz invadia o quarto pelas 5:00…

Pros:

We loved loved the rooftop bar. It was fun and lively and so beautiful! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The Glam was a great location and breakfast was delicious

I would consider staying here again
Pros:

Staff was friendly and set up transport to airport for us. We left early before breakfast was served and they provided a boxed breakfast for us which was wonderful!

Super Lage, tolle Terrasse mit dürftigem Frühstück.
Pros:

Schick, super gelegen und komfortabel.

Cons:

Putzdienst - die Gläser wurden nicht gewechselt, zuwenig WC Papier. Das Frühstück genügt 4 Sterne Ansprüche nicht. Eierspeisen mussten zusätzlich bezahlt werden, genauso wie der obligate frische Orangensaft. Zudem war die Bedienung nicht sehr freundlich und rechthaberisch. Der Capuccino war nur mit einem Espresso gemischt trinkbar. Die Früchteauswahl dürftig.

Immer wieder gerne!!!
Pros:

Das war mein zweiter Besuch in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
