Did not have breakfast. Didnt like anything, it was awful
Everything could have been better, cleanliness, lack of toiletries, scruffy bathroom, dirty windows, nit enough towels, dirty linen on floor outside room. Room not cleaned second day. Returned from a family funeral at 8.40 pm and after complaining it was cleaned at 9pm! There’s more!

No air conditioning
Unfortunately there was not much to like.
Everything - the rooms were grubby, the bathroom was dirty on the floor and I didn't even want to use the shower. Hair on the bed, dirty walls and tv. Just disappointing.

-Online says they do room service but they don't.
-Bed had dips in.
-Left at 7am and the front door was locked. Called the number on door but no answer, was able to get out on my own in the end.
-shower head had a lot of clogged holes.
-could only one channel on the tv/ dodgy remote too.
-have to ask staff for the wifi password and the connection is awful, couldn't even send an iMessage

I didn't dislike anything but the room wasn't up to Travelodge or Premier inn standards
Lovely Hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean. Excellent Indian restaurant in a hotel, which I would highly recommend
Bed is quite hard for me personally, but as only stayed one night, it did the job.

Location excellent for Long Eaton. Room large but a bit dark. Otherwise adequate. It is actually an Indian/Nepalese restaurant with rooms above but I did not sample the menu. Probably ideal for workers staying in town to keep the costs low.
A 'hotel' should provide breakfast and, if 24 hour desk is implied, then someone should be there to let you out in the morning. Guest house would be a better description.
