Pros:

Staff were helpful, friendly, spoke good english. Pool was clean and convenient. Park plaza was safe and clean across the street.

Cons:

Local bus system is confusing unable to access without card, which are impossible to buy. Area is empty at night.

Cons:

Dirty room, someone else's hair in the bed, had a nice rash after sleeping on their basically bare mattress. Clerk shorted me change and gave me a hard time when I bought a water from their bug filled refrigerator.

Poor safety and hygiene (mold), owners don't care.

Most of the security cameras are not functional except the one in reception, which was terribly inconvenient for us when another car scratched some paint off of our our rental car in the parking lot. 2800 pesos, that cost us.
The whole building is like no-one is taking care of it. The owners clearly don't care, Tons on limescale on the shower, mold on the ceiling, window was not locking, quite dusty old vibe. WiFi was breaking all the time and was impossible to have a call by it. Pool was dirty and with a view on the parking.

BUENA OPCIÓN PARA ESTANCIAS DE TRABAJO
Pros:

Tuve una excelente estancia por motivos de trabajo. El personal de recepción y de limpieza fue siempre muy amable y profesional; quiero mencionar a Carlos, David, Daniel y Mónica, así como a todo el equipo, por su gran atención y disposición.

El hotel se caracteriza por su limpieza, cuenta con agua caliente, aire acondicionado y unas instalaciones bien cuidadas que hacen la estancia cómoda. Es una muy buena opción si viajas por trabajo y buscas un lugar práctico y confortable, especialmente para descansar y dormir tranquilamente. Sin duda, lo recomiendo para estancias laborales.
