Great Hotel in Merida!
Pros:

This hotel was wonderful, very close to the center but without the noise. Great attentive staff, excellent, clean pool. Great wifi, comfortable beds and air conditioning plus excellent value.
We'll definitely return!

La ubicación es ideal, muchas opciones para comer y visitar caminando o en transporte público, el personal del hotel es amable

Cons:

El baño no tiene algo para reposar el jabón/shampoo o durante la ducha y no hay muchas partes para colgar toallas. Podría haber un pequeño refrigerador para mantener bebidas o alimentos frescos. La piscina no están muy limpia en la mañana

El Peor servicio al Huésped que vas a encontrar en Mérida

La ubicación del hotel es buena.

Cons:

El terrible personal. El recepcionista quien nos recibió estaba haciendo sus cosas y nos ignoro en la recepción. Incluso se puso a acomodar la sala mientras esperábamos la habitación sin ni siquiera nos dijo por qué tardaban en darnos la habitación. Le di las buenas noches, me ignoro, le pedí la habitación, me ignoro, le di mi identificación y dinero en la mano y me azoto el cambio y mi ID en el mostrador.
El PEOR trato de servicio al huésped de lejos. Y ni hablemos del señor que cubre turno de noche. ACTITUDES NEFASTAS para ser la cara del hotel.
Lo único rescatable fue el chavo de la mañana quien nos hizo el check out

Precio relativamente accesible, agradable que cuente con smartTv y buena señal de Internet. Almohadas y cama cómoda, cumple con lo indispensable y lo prometido, lo que ves es lo que te entregan. Fueron bastante amables conmigo pues cuidaron mis cosas gran parte del día porque no era la hora del check-in y tenía que salir.

Cons:

Creo que pueden mejorar algunos aspectos en la imagen o presentación de las habitaciones. ACLARO, no está mal, es funcional pero creo que pueden mejorar en ese aspecto para atraer más personas y que la estancia sea aún más grata.
