Expérience à ne pas renouveler bien que halte ok dans un rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

Chambre très propre

Cons:

Hotel fermé à 18h15 . Obligé de redescendre à la station service pour remise de la carte pour ouvrir chambre et night entrance. Remonte à l'hôtel. La carte ne fonctionne pas pour l'entrée. Redescends à la station pour reprogrammation de la carte. Remonte pour découvrir que la chambre n'était pas sur le lac bien que demandé et confirmé par mail. Fatigué, je ne redescends pas une 3eme fois et nous nous contentons de la 102. Restaurant fermé !
Heureusement ouvert pour le petit déjeuner.
Tout cela aurait pu être signalé par mail .

Pros:

Obviously the staff could not help that the kitchen was closed for a total renovation which defeated the sole purpose for booking this otherwise nice and well place hotel by the motorway. The surroundings are lovely with nice walk by a reservoar/lake

Cons:

The staff seemed temporary, ill prepared and stressad. I had sent an email to the hotel requesting the status of Restaurant but never got a reply.

Gute Unterbringung, jedoch mit inakzeptablem Service bei Check-in und Abrechnung
Pros:

Lage, Preis und Sauberkeit sind in Ordnung und der Grund, warum ich regelmäßig hier übernachte.

Cons:

Der Check-in an der Tankstelle ist lästig. Wenn man aus der falschen Richtung kommt kann man nicht Vorfahren, sondern muss etliche Stufen hinunter und wieder hinauf bewältigen. Am ärgerlichsten ist aber, dass man nie eine Rechnung vor Ort erhält. Jedes Mal (ich war dieses Jahr bereits 6 Mal da) heißt es, dass die Rechnung per Mail zugesendet wird. Jedes Mal muss ich aber die Rechnung nachfordern teilweise bis zu fünf Mal. Das ist überhaupt nicht akzeptabel. Und deshalb gibt es leider auch keine gute Bewertung. (Früher war das mal besser)

This is a scam - BEWARE
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

We arrived at the gas station to check in and were told there were no rooms. Showed the reservation, they didn't care. Said they had nothing to do with the hotel (!) and refused to call anyone. The hotel does not answer the phone, or messages sent via the app. This is a scam. DON'T BOOK.
