The hotel was clean but the problem was no window in the room... so no ventilation.... suffocation.... only a fan.... fall sick due to staying at that room...
This was my very very worst experience with this hotel . I booked this hotel because this was near to CST, Mumbai . I checked into the hotel on July 28th morning around 5:50 AM . The staff gave us the key , but immediately after 20 mins he is asking us to give the key back and when I asked him the reason he is saying some plumbing work to be done . First of if really there was any plumbing work to be done they should have done it earlier before we checked in to that room or they should have allocated us a different room . Initially I hesitated to give my room keys , but as I was getting late for my trek , I took all my valuables with me and gave him my room key . Later when I came back from trip at night 10:00 PM , I got back my keys from him and went to the room . Now the worst part comes: Immediately he called us and asked us to change that room .
Already I was tired after my entire trek , how come he asked to change the room at 10:45 PM . When I asked him the reason , he again started giving some vague reasons like plumbing work and some non sense stuffs.
He asked us to shift from 5th floor to 4th floor and that too at 10:45 PM , and was very rude while telling us . First of all if he had to all this non sense stuffs why he gave us that room in the beginning , he could have given us some different room itself during check in. So at night 11:00 PM , we had to shift our room from 5th floor to 4th floor. Really very bad experience .
Don't go there for more than a night. Location is not easy to find for a local taxi. Google Maps thank you. Hotel actually located on the fifth floor with office on the fourth. Small rooms, Bathrooms not up to any standard, no fan extraction. Found two fat cockroaches in the bathroom one evening coming back.
Pictures shown are misleading compared to reality. They don't offer breakfast either.
