La ubicación es ideal para volar desde el aeropuerto de Tetuán, bien equipado. El buffet desayuno está genial con muchas variedades. El personal es amable y servicial, especialmente Roumaisae que ha sido 10/10
Hay algunos desperfectos en las paredes por fugas de agua. Durante mi estancia hubo goteras internas en las columnas que molestan al dormir. Los edredones individuales son pequeños para mi gusto
Standard room, nothing exceptional, just a regular hotel room I’d expect.
Dismissive staff attitude - breakfast is served from 7.30. We wanted to have a breakfast 7 am because of the morning flight but that was not possible. So we asked (a few days before arrival) for a breakfast to pick up on check out (even prepared a day earlier). There was no answer to that request on booking chat and second attempt was left without an answer either. Requested that on check in again but the receptionist either was not understanding English enough and what was explained to her or just politely nod her head but didn’t care really care at all as didn’t do anything about it. So paid the price with breakfast but didn’t get one, despite the hotel is close to the airport and should be prepared for such customers. That’s a reason we chose to stay there.
Also booked a double bed available on booking, got a room with twin beds merged together with single sheet. Description and or options available are misleading as apparently all rooms are twin ones.
