Not a good stay at Sheraton
Pros:

The location was good. The showers were good

Cons:

The pool did not have pool towels. It took 45 minutes for staff to restock even after several attempts of requesting staff. The beds were not as soft and the. pillows were flat. None satisfying. Front desk was not as friendly during check in.

Cons:

Self parking system is horrible.
A customer has to scan code then
complete information including phone number, email address, license plate etc
Ridiculous since the hotel already has all this information. Very irritating!

아침은 안 먹었습니다. 다른 곳에서 먹었습니다.
주변이 깨끗하고 안전한 환경이어서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

특별히 없었습니다. 그런데 미국이 주로 그렇겠지만 주차장 비용을 따로 내야하는 것이 많이 아쉽습니다. 특별히 주차난도 크게 없는 곳인데 투숙객에게는 주차비용을 면제해주는 것을 검토 바랍니다.
