Excellent hotel, magnificent location
Pros:

Magnificent views over the lake and Malcesine, excellent location. Very nice foot/bike path to Malcesine. Room is efficiently furnished. The beds are very good, strong rain shower. Breakfast, included in the price, is very good. The restaurant serves good dinners. Personnel is very friendly. Go and enjoy the sunset with a spritz.

Die Lage direkt am See ist ganz besonders. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum der Stadt.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Fitness - und Saunabereich ist für ein vier Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Da könnte man einiges verbessern.
Obwohl sehr viele deutsche Gäste im Hotel waren gab es kein einziges deutsches Fernsehprogramm um mal Nachrichten zu schauen.

Nádherné místo, hotel čistý, naprosto úžasný milý personál.
Trochu zklamaní jsme byli z hluku, který způsobovali návštěvníci ze sousedního pokoje, ale to zcela nesouvisí s hotelem a opravdu skvělými lidmi tam.

Posizione incredibile , struttura non modernissima ma molto curata .

Hotelli ihanalla sijainnilla suoraan Gardajärven rannalla.
Pros:

Ihana sijainti ihan järven rannalla,kauniit istututukset ja viihtyisä ympäristö.Omaa laituria uimiseen emme valitettavasti käyttäneet tuulisen sään takia.Pieni mukulakiviranta ja uima-allas jäivät myös tällä kertaa väliin sään takia.
Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta palveli hymyllä.Erikoismainta vastaanoton palvelualttiudesta oli vinkki hyvästä kalaravintolasta vanhassa kaupungissa, konne oli vain 10 minuutin kävelymatka.
Aamiainen oli kattava ja munat paistettiin oman toivomuksen mukaan.Myös terassibaari teki meillr hyvät aperitiivit sekä digestiivit.

Cons:

Parkkeeraus vähän haastavaa isolla autolla( erittäin tyypillistä Gardan alueella)liikuttaessa.Saimme kuitenkin auton purettua raskaasta lastista(matkustimme kahden ison kissan kanssa) vastaanoton eteen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer- es war nicht optimal, da es im Erdgeschoss nach hinten hin war.

Ein paar sehr schöne Tage am Gardasee
Pros:

Top Lage direkt am See. Ruhige Lage unweit des malerischen aber auch touristisch geprägten Malcesine.
Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal
Alles sehr sauber.
Unser Zimmer mit großer Terrasse und einem traumhaften Seeblick und das hervorragende Essen im Terrassenlokal 👍 🔝
Alle in Allem die volle Punktzahl 🔝

Cons:

Das Hotel hat schon einige Jahre hinter sich.
Aber angesichts der tollen Lage, der Sauberkeit, dem freundlichen Personal und dem sehr guten Essen ist das dann gar nicht mehr so schlimm.

Atendimento de Renato e Débora fantásticos. Proprietários que servem e interagem com os hóspedes como se fossemos velhos conhecidos. Café da manhã excepcional. Quarto amplo, com varanda que nos proporcionou uma vista explêndida do Lago di Garda. Qualidade do sono ótima. Garagem gratuíta. Localização ideal para pegar barco para Limone (venda de bilhete com 50% de desconto no hotel).
