Pros:

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage aber der Ort ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eher schlicht, eintönig und nicht abwechslungsreich.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Promenade am See .Schöner Pool oberhalb des Hotels. Kaffee + Kuchen nachmittags kostenlos für die Hausgäste ( etwas versteckt :-(

Defekte Bodenfliesen im Restaurant . Alte, teilweise defekte Matten für die Liegen am Pool .
Duschtüre im Bad undicht .

Cudowne miejsce w fantastycznej lokalizacji. Zajmowaliśmy ładny pokój z balkonem i widokiem na basen oraz góry. Nie przeszkadzała bliskość drogi, parkingu. Pokój czysty, przestronny. Klimatyzacja działała sprawnie mimo ogromnych upałów. Parking przy hotelu. Hotel kameralny i rodzinny. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

We will most certainly stay at Hotel Du Lac again when we are next in Malcesine.
Pros:

The hotel is well situated . The view from our lake facing room was fabulous. Michael is very friendly and always and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location is the highlight of the place. You can swim right in front of the hotel, and there are lounging chairs where you can relax. The views during breakfast are also a highlight, as is having drinks while watching the sunset. We swam in the pool every day, which was really nice as well.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center, and the walk is always enjoyable. We had a car and found parking easily every day.

The rooms are not modern or renovated; however, this didn't affect our stay since everything you actually need is available. We knew this beforehand because the pictures are accurate, so the room was exactly what we were expecting. Just keep it in mind if you care about a more modern look.

I would definitely go back, but next time I would reserve a room with a view, even if it costs more. I think it's worth it and is a big part of the experience. Our choice of a basic room was the only thing I would change.

Eine entspannte heiße Woche im August
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See war sensationell.
Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und die Klimaanlage hat suoer funktioniert (August).
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Ein freier Parkplatz war immer vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Fehrnsehempfang auf dem Zimmer war nicht optimal.

Pros:

toller Strandzugang direkt am Hotel, Violine beim Frühstück wegen eines Feiertags & ein wahnsinnig angenehmer Pool! Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch über die Garage und die Klimaanlage waren wir froh! Zu empfehlen.

Cons:

vielleicht müsste der Whirlpool etwas öfters gereinigt werden & die Rolläden im Zimmer waren etwas kaputt- hat uns aber nicht gestört, da auch gute Vorhänge angebracht waren :)
