Friendly staff and fast check in and out

The room is clean and modern and the surrounding is pretty quiet and spacious.

Room rate is value for $. Strongly recommended.

Stayed many times here over a few years and the standard has gone down, while prices seem to have increased by 10% in the past 9 months. Maintenance not done well…hair dryer was not working, shower Water pressure was very low so it’s quite difficult to shower (not fixed after we informed the hotel) and the sliding doors for the toilet and wardrobe are not working well, requiring quite a lot of strength to slide. Also, vanity kit and slippers are no longer provided. Noticed a The Bar on the M3 level beside the pool is also not manned most of the nights when we get there around 10 pm, even though the operating hours are till 11pm. There are outdoor high tables and chairs provided in the M3 area but the tables are not cleared so the food/ash tray/drinks left by previous occupants are left there, and when we tried to look for a dustbin to clear our tables ourselves, can’t locate any on the M3 level. Also nobody answers the phone when calling the Conceirge from the room. Also, when I tried going to the bar on a Sunday night, it was closed but there were no signs stating it’s closed. Quite unprofessional to not display open or closed signs. Also parking should be complimentary but I was still charged when exiting the car park as there was a new system apparently and didn’t work.

The positive thing about the hotel is the location (covered walking access to The Sphere) and the good mattress, and filtered water dispenser. Will have to look for alternative accommodation in the area

The hotel is a corporate building attached to office towers and adjacent to a mall with many food places, including a supermarket. The noise from the street is very loud. During our stay, there was also construction noise from above us after we transferred into a so-called quiet room. The staff were very cooperative, although they continually insisted they had to check with their higher-ups to provide us with satisfaction, which was not forthcoming, so we moved to a different hotel.

Everything is Good, but proximity to shopping is inconvenient and walking is not safe. Having a feeder bus to shopping complex would be better.

The restaurant food choice and variety need to improve.

Room was clean but two things need improving

1. Quality of breakfast buffet and variety. Could ensure food is kept in optimum
2. TV channels are awful, no international stations, CNN and others

Used to use this hotel a lot for business before covid. But now it is becoming more like a no frills because

No hand towels
No lotion
Slippers require deposit
Sound proofing not very good. I could help people pacing upstairs and furniture moving in next room.

One the best hotels in KL. Clean and convenient.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I initially booked for 3 days just to see how is the hotel since it's my first trip to Kuala lumpur. But manager named Zafrul helped me to extend my stay on my request for 4 more days though they were fully booked. He and other staffs also helped me to buy more data when I ran out of it as I had no idea how to do it. Though the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city still I absolutely recommend this hotel.

We booked the stay through Hotels.com and paid our 4 nights stay in full through the app.
When we were checking out, we were advised by the hotel staff that we needed to pay an additional RM10 per night for tourism tax. When we were checking in, the hotel staff did not mention anything about the tourism tax and we thought we have paid an all inclusive rate under Hotel.com. In the end, the hotel made us pay the additional tourism tax. The hotel venue and room that we had were great, but our stay ended on an unhappy note as we argued with the hotel manager since we were not told during check-in on the tourism tax.
Please ensure customers are informed about such taxes, either on the booking site/app, or remind the hotel staff to inform during check-in.

Near to office and eateries.

Everywhere is convenient to walk or train/LRT to city and the nearest mall is mega mid valley where you can walk around.
