La ubicación del hotel es ideal, cerca de todos los comercios y monumentos, se puede ir caminando a todos lados. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tenía de todo.

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno es lamentable, no hay una carta, ni un buffet libre, ni información sobre lo que se puede degustar, el zumo de bote, pan recalentado, no hay variedad.
Para dar un servicio así, no lo ofrezcan, con todas las cafeterías que habían alrededor.
En mi caso, a pesar de pagar el desayuno durante 3 días, uno de ellos lo hicimos fuera, porque el servicio era muy pobre.

No on-site concierge; I also suspect their Booking.com customer service person was an AI bot. When I asked if I could store my luggage on-site for a few hours after checkout, until my train's scheduled departure FROM Mérida, I got an apology that my train TO Mérida had been cancelled, and an explanation that they couldn't give me a refund for my room. It wasn't a huge issue but it easily could have been if I'd had a more serious problem.

Pros:

La ubicación del hostal era inmejorable, tienes todo a pie, un montón de tiendas por si necesitas algo.
Las habitaciones limpias, amplias y con todo lo que necesitas.
Especial mención a la anfitriona y a las chicas que se encargaban de dejar todo listo en las habitaciones🤍

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con la habitación pero la anfitriona nos lo resolvió rápido, fue resolutiva.
Por poner una pega a las paredes les hace falta un poquito de insonorización ya que se escucha todo.
Todo lo demás perfecto 🤗

O pequeno almoço pago extra reserva. Não havia uma carta de produtos disponíveis, pelo que paguei 24,00€ por dois pequenos almoços, quando por mensagem enviada pelo serviço (online) pagaria um preço especial para hóspede de 7,00€/pessoa.

Autentica Mérida!

Buon Hotel vicino alla stazione e al centro cittadino.
