Large roomy hotel needs major upgrade.
Pros:

The hotel is large and feels really open both inside and out. Although it's not right in the down town area where most shops and restaurants are located, they're all in walking distance.

Cons:

The rooms needs some major upgrade. First off, even though its clean, the bathroom require maintenance. The showers drainage is poorly installed and water flooded the bathroom whenever it's being used. Even though there's a hot and cold setting, there's only one option. Cold shower. There's poorly lightings in the bathroom.
The carpet in the room looks old and dirty. The bedding is rough and the pillows old and lumpy. And all of this is in their VIP room.

Three star experience at a five star hotel.
Pros:

Good price, room size was very good. Breakfast was good as they allowed us to enter at 9.35am for leftovers. Nice little children’s play area.

Cons:

Staff refused to call a taxi for us and told us to go onto the street to find a taxi. Their hotel car basically blocked the front entry and they seemed to be pushing you to use their hotel transport @600,000 dong per hour or 60km 20 times the price of a taxi. This is not the conduct of a five star hotel. The basic furnishings and fittings are worn and lack proper maintenance for a five star hotel. Breakfast closed at 9.30am which again is not consistent with a five star hotel. Heavily stained carpet and limited in room items for a five star hotel. At best a 3 star International hotel rating. The hotel is comfortable, Luxurious or Luxury is a very long stretch.

The room that we booked was 2 single-bed, there was missing hand-soap, and no water boiler in the room even though they offered free coffee, tea and instant cup noodles in the room

Albergo al di sotto delle aspettative visto il prezzo.
Imponente nella sua dimensione, ma diciamo mediocre per i servizi offerti. Con una bellissima vista, ma purtroppo poco altro.
La camera consegnata aveva lo scarico del water non funzionante, avvisata la reception hanno mandato personale che ha attivato lo scarico dell'acqua, ma a quel il water perdeva esternamente. Richiesta assegnazione di nuova camera. Nella nuova camera ma che era incompleta nei suoi arredi...
