Best Western Plus The Hammondsport Hotel

Everyone was so nice and accommodating! Red wing rest was very good- wish it had been open on Sunday.

It’s near the Keuka Lake and it’s so beautiful here!!!

The hotel pool was cloudy and slimy , filter was not working, the $450 I paid to stay was way over priced , shower floor was stained and there was mold. I was cold overnight no blankets !

We found everything to be wonderful. I would suggest they get one more luggage cart, though.

The breakfast staff was the best, and Brandon at the desk during check-in, did a great job considering Expedia did not forward our itinerary to the hotel.

The Best Western Plus The Hammondsport Hotel was a fantastic choice for our family of three adults and two kids.

We were immediately impressed by how spacious and spotlessly clean our room was, easily accommodating all five of us. As a traveling family, we especially appreciated the thoughtfulness that the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived—a huge win! All the amenities provided were great and contributed to a very comfortable stay.

The complimentary breakfast was very nice, offering plenty of variety for both the adults and the children. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit.

Overall, this was an excellent purchase and we highly recommend it, especially for families!

Fine, except I had to sleep on the floor. Have stayed in ten different hotels in last two weeks. The bed in this one was excruciatingly uncomfortable - felt like it was infested with bugs (but I could see nothing). Immediate relief when I got away from the bed.

Most of the staff was very nice. They put us in a handicap room. The bathroom was terrible when you take a shower it would flood the whole bathroom. Went to complain and instead of offering to move us they just laughed and handed us a bunch towels. There was also mold all around the shower floor.
Otherwise the place was very clean and the other people working were very friendly. The breakfast and people working it were excellent. The restaurant at nite was also very good.

This Best Western was unbelievable! It was like staying at a 4 star hotel. Spotless, huge and beautiful rooms. Amazing restaurant, food was excellent. Cozy fire pit you can take your drink out and chill out in nature. Amazing staff, amenities and accommodations at a very reasonable rate! And very close to the cute town and beautiful lake. Definite two thumbs up.

Had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the hotel and actually spoke to them about the pool . The ONLY issue and understandable. The food at the restaurant was very good and the servers great! Will return
