Very close to airport.
Very useful for traveling.
And extremely useful transfer shuttle. Because taxi driver at the evening time ask extremely high price from airport.

The place is nice but it was not clean.
Convenient location if you want to be near the airport.
The free transfer (main reason to book the hotel) is not that easy to book. Booking.com security systems seem to be removing the links in the messages from the hotel so I decided to call the hotel to book the transfer. I was really surprised when they told me they won’t do it and that I had to do it myself via the hotel website. I asked what the website is and the lady receptionist told me over the phone that the website is “hotel premier”, I asked two times if this is it and she repeated it. You don’t have to be an it expert to know that a website should have at least .com or similar ending but not for the receptionist on duty. So I finally found the website and managed to book the transfer myself and I was given a reservation number to track the transfer. However when entering this number, the website was saying that reservation does not exist.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to work on their customer service, as hospitality is a business done by people for other people. No matter how well you digitalise your services, you still need people at the end.
On top of that the pillows were extremely uncomfortable so topped up the not so pleasant hotel experience.

The room was nice however the bath water ran yellow
The staff . The communication was not good from the moment I booked the hotel. I paid for the hotel 2 months in advance and they asked for payment again when I checked in. After finally realising I had paid, the following day after checkout, they debited my card 190 euros. When I called the person I spoke to said I needed to send them an email explaining what my issue was and to include my bank details. When I questioned this he said it is the only way to receive a refund. He assured me that he would send euros to my Australian bank account ??? . I told him it was their fault and he said “ mistakes happen”. I said I will be contacting my bank about this . As soon as I finished the call, the transaction was cancelled . Extremely unprofessional and very dodgy.
