La situacion cerca del aeropuerto y el confort de la habitacion
Que nos han cobrado dos consumiciones del mini bar que no usamos y la falta de respeto al no responder a nuestra queja lo cual descalifica este alojamiento

Не помогли с чемоданом при заезде и выезде , доводчик не работал на двери , в ресторане принесли старую не вкусную рыбу , я вернула ее полностью , при этом из счета ее не исключили сказав , что она свежая , ем лосось ежедневно и отличить старую прогорклую рыбу от севшей точно могу
Breakfast was very good and a spacious quiet room
The room only had one set of towels despite being booked for 2 people. There was no obvious number to phone reception to deal with this. The window had been left open with a/c on and no pods for the coffee machine
The hotel is always my first choice when I stay in Sofia and need to use the airport. It's a first class environment and always meets my expectations. The breakfast is always a plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
I really didn't like that there was no safety grab bar in the shower. The safety glass may shatter into thousands of pieces if broken, but I don't want to know for sure!!

Another hotel without central AC working because it's spring. Fitness centre is marginal, A couple of treadmills & exercise bike for cardio. Limited weight equipment, some missing cables. No water in the dispenser, but staff quickly brought bottled water.
