Pros:

The hotel Staff were friendly, helpful.
The hotel is so near the airport ,which was convenient for us who were using the airport.The shuttle bus to the airport saved us having to get a taxi and it ran on time.The breakfast in the restaurent was good with plenty of variety.
The bedroom was clean and the matress was comfortable.

Cons:

Не было в номере тапок , пришлось просить на оецепуии, мелочь, но не приятно. И баночка с гелем для тела была пустой !!!

Very bad experience
Pros:

The distance from the airport

Cons:

They didn’t answer my msg. They told us to wake up early for breakfast and when we got there they already cleaned the place (it was before the flight and the cashier said that we will have a breakfast and nothing!! He even say sorry!)
Plus, the shuttle doesn’t really work.

Hotel should focus on improving personal interaction during check-in

Location as a weekend or holiday hotel is probably not relevant?

There was no greeting or sense of hospitality, and no information was provided about the hotel’s facilities, dining options, or available services.

The hotel offers complimentary airport transportation, which is a valuable service. However, the online booking system for this service was unreliable and difficult to use. It was nearly impossible to reserve a time without contacting the front desk directly, which somewhat defeats the purpose of having an online system.

We didnt enjoy the pkace at all fpund it expensive for what it was

Close to the airport 5 euroa taci drive if you miss shuttle not much more we liked

Cons:

We aerivwd late ro rhe breakfast like 30 min before closing as we hqve 1 yeqr old baby and almost no food was left and we asked if they cqn put more and ita not been done. We had bread and slice of cheese norhifn mkre it qas really poor
The hotel looks nice as lobby but rooms are very simple and we have flying insecta like moths
