It was a little old.

Nice place, breakfast good but staff not nice nether helpfull.

Muy bonita. El cuarto con una distribución un poco extraña. La ubicación está bien, más no en el centro de Jacó. Yo volvería a ir a este lugar. Me gustó mucho. Relación precio calidad está muy bien.

Not what I expected but okay for the night, nice and open floor plan but not many amenities.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only downside is that it is close to a noisy road, and there was a weird screeching sound we couldn't figure out where is came from. Luckily with the door closed and the AC on we were able to have a good night's sleep. If it were't for the noise, it would have been an amazing place to stay

Super clean pool

Really nice, quaint little place. Staff were awesome, so accommodating and really kind. I love the way they dry the linens in the sun and wind not tumble dry. Breakfast was basic but welcomed. Wifi great, comfy beds.

The hotel is not close to the beach. You need a car, taxi or uber (cheapest). Our room was smelly, but the beds were comfortable.

Actualmente el turismo como otras actividades que realizan las personas se relacionan con las experiencias vividas y realmente la nuestra no fue grata como se esperaba. Pagamos $134 para que nos dieran una habitación (standard) en construcción, con una prevista de ventana en el baño y sin tapar, seguido, me llamó la atención que en dicho cuarto habían una serie de tomas de electricidad en la sala, y me fijé en otras para comparar y es que la nuestra no tenía ninguna amenidad como las demás habitaciones ( muebles de cocina, cocina etc ) cuando nos dieron la habitación y para rellenar el vacío donde iban dichos muebles, sagazmente metieron unos sillones, sólo que no tuvieron la delicadeza de acomodarlos y los dejaron amontonados en una parte de la habitación, tuvimos que acomodarlos para que la misma se viera mejor, el piso del baño sucio y las paredes sin pintar, sin dejar a un lado que solo pusieron dos mini jabones para el aseo y sin shampoo ni rinse, no tuvieron la delicadeza de indicar cuál era el horario para el desayuno, lo tuvimos que preguntar, asi como la clave del WiFi, a parte de que el hotel está a 1.2 km lejos de la playa y en la reserva no lo indica, solo dice en la primera entrada de Jacó, el desayuno fue aceptable sin embargo para los dueños TODOS los huéspedes toman café y no es así, ya que resulta que pregunté si había te y la señora que estaba sirviendo de muy mala manera me respondió con un seco y directo NO. Espero no volver a vivir una experiencia así

Súper cerca de Jaco centro, habitaciones amplias, limpias, piscina pequeña pero con jacuzzi, desayuno típico muy bueno y parqueo privado.

I stayed here with a group of six and had a wonderful time. This is an excellent hotel with an amazing staff. They met our every need and genuinely wanted us to have a great Time. It was a bit away from downtown but very safe easily accessible. Would definitely recommend this place!

La cama en nuestra habitación estaba muy pero muy duro. Las sabanas en la cama doble estaba rotas. Parte del desayuno estaba quemada y costó $6 USD. Las muchachas en la recepción estaban muy amables.

The price and general location were good. We liked the space available in the room. However, I reserved this room because in Expedia it shows that the room has a couch or a couch and chair. Our room did not. We needed a couch for sitting due to major back and neck problems. The 2nd day they brought a futon but it was not a couch nor was it like what the photos show. The Internet would not allow us to connect to the Internet to do listen to podcasts or videos. This was a main part of our plan during the weekend at Hotel Loft. No one told us when we checked in that it is necesarry to pay for breakfast the day before. First morning we had to go to a nearby restaurant and the 2nd morning we had to wait until the worker arrived to pay for breakfast.

Excelente! Siempre que visitó Jaco me hospedo en este hotel. Me encanta la habitación perfecta para descansar.

Excelente lugar, muy bonito y súper recomendado, las habitaciones son bastantes cómodas y hermosas!
