Top zur Entspannung!
Pros:

Super Essen, auch wenn wenig vegetarische Speisen im Menü enthalten sind.
Sehr ruhige Lage, Shuttle fährt im Resort rum, gibt auch einen Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof. E-Bike Verleih ist auch top!
Highlight war natürlich der Onsen auf dem Balkon!
Konnten dann auch sogar den Mt. Fuji vom Resort aus sehen.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht so unsers, wenig Gebäck.
Personal kann nicht gut bis gar kein Englisch, sind aber sehr bemüht und freundlich! Heutzutage gibt es ja zum Glück auch Translators.
Anlage selbst ist bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Kissen im Zimmer waren sehr hart und gab keine Sitzkissen für draußen.

Balcony and onsen amazing. Room dated and a bit grubby

The balcony and onsen was amazing

Cons:

The room felt quite dated and well used. It was quite rough around the edges with lots of marks on the walls, dirty/old bathroom and sinks.

We knew when we booked this location that it’s hard to get to and from anywhere. The shuttle bus is every hour but you can get a taxi for around £20-£30 for a half an hour ride. The resort was also dated, I think we stayed in one of the newest buildings which wasn’t great.

Amenities aren’t free which is fine but you will have to walk uphill to the other reception building to get something.

They also need to be clearer with where the reception for check in is as the first time on the bus was a little stressful with suitcases not knowing where to get off.

Heerlijk ontspannen in een groene omgeving
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer, zowel fraai ingericht als praktisch ingedeeld. Alles leek ook vrij nieuw, hoorde ook niets van andere gasten. Prettige douche en het prive warmwaterbad op het balkon was super.

Cons:

Het was ons bij het inchecken niet duidelijk waar de receptie was, de link via Booking verwees naar het blokje met kamers waar we uiteindelijk verbleven, maar de receptie is in een ander gebouw. We hebben een tijdje moeten zoeken en uiteindelijk de weg gevraagd. Graag ook wat bebording in het Engels naar de receptie.
