Unforgettable experience
Pros:

The onsen was incredible!! I used it multiple times in my one night stay. The bed was comfy, the forest view was amazing - it felt very secluded, and the staff were very helpful. She even helped me make a reservation for dinner, I was a bit nervous to do as I don’t speak Japanese. I 100% recommend staying here after exploring Shuzenji during the day :)

I went to the grill & bar for dinner - the buffet had a variety of options and the wine selection was amazing!

温泉が気持ち良い

Cons:

スタッフの対応が非常に悪い。
富士山ビューで予約したのに、掲載されている写真と全く異なっており、目を凝らしてようやく富士山が見えるか見えないかレベル。スタッフに申し付けたところ、少しキレ気味で、お客さんが想像してる富士山は冬の富士山とか訳の分からないことを言われた。冬とか関係なく、そもそも山自体が見えない。詐欺だと思う。実際の写真も載せるべき。期待して予約したのに、散々でした。正直ガッカリしました。スタッフの対応が丁寧で謝罪の一言もあれば、こちらの憤りも和らいだと思うのですが、火に油を注がれた気分です。返金して欲しいレベルで酷かったです。

Pros:

利用した日が金曜日だったのか静かに過ごせました。

従業員はプロ意識が徹底しており教育レベルの高さは感じました。
最後は従業員個人の人柄が出ますが問題ないように思いました
　素人が余分な事を言ったらスミマセン

Cons:

宿泊施設が何ヵ所もあり間違ってチェックインしようとした
従業員の気配りが良くて事なきを得ましたが　初めて利用する者には少しあれ？と言う感じでした。

ホテルの風呂はゴルフブレーヤ－が利用するからか少し温めでした。特に朝は39.8°近辺でゆっくり浸かるのが好きな方には良かったかな　と言う感じでした

全体的にラフォーレ全体の施設を把握するまでは少し不便さを持ちました。
次回はもう少しうまく利用できると思います

彼氏の誕生日祝いに利用し、大成功！
Pros:

お部屋に天然温泉があり、いつでも温泉に入ることができる。

Cons:

食事場所が離れており、浴衣での食事が出来ない。
特に女性は化粧が必要と感じる。

Séjour paisible et reposant
Pros:

La chambre vue sur Mont Fuji est fabuleuse. Elle est très spacieuse et le bain sur la terrasse est plus qu'appréciable. Nous avons passé un super moment détente dans cet hôtel. Les lits étaient aussi très confortables. Il y a aussi une navette qui vous emmène jusqu'à votre chambre, mais la voiture reste quand même obligatoire pour se déplacer dans la péninsule.

Cons:

Je suis arrivée en taxi vers 19h30 et malheureusement, le restaurant était déjà complet... Ce qui est embêtant puisqu'il n'y a aucun autre moyen de se restaurer sans véhicule. Ca pourrait être pas mal de garder quelques tables "au cas où".

ゴルフ場が近いので、合宿にはいい。
Pros:

周りに何もないので静か。

Cons:

駐車場が少ない。建物の前が空いていないと少し離れたところに止めないといけない。食事をとるのに車で（もしくは10分ほど歩かなければ）行かなければいけない。バスもあるが、面倒。

Pros:

Its very luxurious and very clean, the private bath was amazing and very private

Cons:

Its far away from everything, if you don’t have a car it’s not relevant. It took about 2 hours to get to sky Mishima in public transportation. And the same for everything else.
