設備が少し古い所､金庫は使用できませんでした。ミニバーの設置があったら良かったです。近くにお店がないので。

אהבנו מאוד את האונסן הפרטי, המקלחת הצמודה, עם זרם מים חזק ומפנק, המרפסת שצופה לירוק ולהר פוג'י. המיקום בתוך הטבע, החדר המרווח, שירותים מופרדים מהמקלחת. כמעט ולא צריך לצאת החוצה כדי לקבל שירותים, יש מגרשי טניס, טניס שולחן, בדמינגטון ועוד.
יש שמיכות פוך מפנקות. המיטות נוחות. השינה על הפוטון על הטאטאמי קצת פחות מפנקת.

Cons:

קצת מיושן, ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה אבל חוזרת על עצמה, יש מגוון אבל לא מרגיש באיכות הכי גבוהה.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and lovely, especially the rotemburo. The shuttle service was also very helpful, plus the surrounding nature was perfect.

Cons:

I unfortunately didn’t have a view of mt Fuji from room, but the patio was still lovely.

トータルでは、最高ー！
Pros:

室内に温泉があるのは最高でした。
夕食は、スタッフの対応がとても良く、リーダー的な人柄が他のスタッフにも良い影響であると感じました。
フロントの対応は親切丁寧で良かったです。
又、利用させて頂きます。

・本館のお土産売り場が、ゴルフ用品ばかりでつまらないのと
閑散としてて中途半端な感じでした。
あれなら なくてもいい感じがします。
・部屋のそうじがイマイチ、ホコリがなかりある。
・部屋の壁紙が剥がれているので貧相に感じた。
直して頂きたい。
・バルコニーのソファーがシミだらけなので なんとか
して欲しい。
・大浴場は、温度が低く良くなかった。
真ん中の噴水？がださかった。

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Pros:

Clean and very spacious, comfortable beds, onsen was absolutely incredible, used it like 3 times per day. View of mt Fuji was unreal. would 1000% recommend.
