The staff are nice

I never been in the accomodation like this. We’re very disappointed while I had shower in the afternoon we checked in. Water is not draining it feels like while I’m having shower it’s like a flooded inside of the shower. Water pressure is not that good. Towels looks like rugs or (basahan) colour didn’t like it. I usually never used towel in the hotels even back home australia. If we go somewhere I always bring my own towel for hygiene. It’s just a bad timing this time right here in M citi suites i didn’t have my towels with me because I left it in my hometown after our holiday. We went out in that evening for dinner and when we came back in the room lights aren’t all working everything aren’t working. It was so hot and dark inside of the room while still trying to swipe the card in to put the lights and air conditioner. So, we have to call the reception about the issue. My husband is not really happy and it’s because I was the one who booked this room so he blame to me and I blame to the property. I never expect that we gonna have an issue on our first day of stay in the property. Not happy at all. We notice in the room the tiles has crack and when you step to it feels like you going down hell lol. It’s dangerous. Totally have bad experience of this property although we only stay for one night but, I will never recommend this property evah.

Three nights in a small dark room w/ loud ac, slow wifi, satelite tv. Bed was ok; sheets not so. Bathroom needs renovating. No housekeeping whatsoever. Cafe is ok. Near Fuente Circle & malls.

good location. very close to main circle. you can walk to ferry terminal in 30 minutes.

I love the room small but neat and clean and smells good! AC a bit noisy. Close to everything bars, restaurants and shopping malls. Get a room with window. Overall a pleasant stay!

Decent hotel in terms of cost. Shame the room has no window and that wasn’t very clear at time of booking. Air con a bit noisy. Otherwise room in great condition!

I stayed at M Citi Suites back in January of 2017 and from that moment on I was hooked. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Cebu.

Tweede keer dat ik een enkele overnachting in Cebu city in dit hotel doe dus kennelijk bevalt het mij goed genoeg. Als je daar prijs op sralt veaag wel naar een kamer met raam(en bijbehorend geluid van buiten). Minpuntje dit keer was een grote kluwe haren die van ergens in de badkamer tevoorschijn kwam. Hou er rekening mee sat de koffie bij het ontbijt met melk en suiker is en sat je bij moet betalen als je het zonder wilt....(heb ze aangeraden deze rare policy te veranderen) wifi erg goed

Room looks new aoutside but the bed, aircon and the itslef is ld and not well maintaind. There is even a cockroach inside the bathroom

3泊しましたが、バスマットを交換してくれず、トイレや洗面所の清掃もしっかりやってくれませんでした。

The room was very small. A very friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast although they couldn't make coffee without sugar. A short walk to Fuente Circ and Dr.s hospital and mango ave entertainment. Ok 3 star by Cebu standards but only 2 star max compared to the rest of Asia. Worst shower water pressure and hot water I've had in 3 months of travelling.

great staff, good breakfast, room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. the shower head and shower stall had mold on it tho and the water heater wasnt working.
location is 1 block n of osmena fuente corcle so it's convienient and walkable to many places.

We were in Cebu as our dad was ill and needed to visit the hospital. The hotel was close to the hospital and was fine for us.

Hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast is adequate. Our first stay was for 3 nights. Our room did not have any window but had two beds and refrigerator. The shower floor was very slippery. And there was no foot towel provided. A quick call to the front desk fixed the problem. It had a ductless, remote controlled AC which is nice. My wife like it cold so she had it at 22 Centigrade all the time. The room seems to be older because the power is not controlled by key card. Our second stay for 3 nights and our room has a window but with one bed and no refrigerator. It had a window AC pointing directly at the bed. I had to put a tube of ointment to make air flow going up. The room is more cleaner than the previous one. The power is controlled by a key card so the room is always warm when you leave it for a long time. With the window, I heard roasters crow at early morning.

Dirty sheets.. .room without windows.....really noisy AC.... bring ear plugs
