ibis Styles London Ealing

Reasonable price for London. Parking wasn’t too bad for London (I think about £18 a night). Room a decent size, well decorated and cleaned each day. We only had one towel and there were a few things that made this a 4.5 rather than a 5/5 stay. But i would stay again and would recommend it. Good value for money

A simple but clean and comfy room to base yourself from or just to give you a space to get your head down for the night when travelling.

Really friendly staff, very much a great boost to this place.

Only real issue is that the shower screens arent wide enough, so water can end up over the foor.

Absolutely fine. The tagline on the glass rotating door says something like ‘let us surprise you’. Stay was good but nothing unexpected or surprising.
Would recommend as a budget hotel.

Very good and despite arriving late they checked us in with no problem. We had to pay £10 extra to have our chihuahua staying with us. Great room.

The room have no plenty of light and plenty of chairs and I think more hanger inside the bathroom will be much easier for anyone, cause the sink hanger level is too close the toilet seat if no common sense after the COVID, so for 2 person how can we share a space without fixtures

The lighting is terrible : yellow light plus only half room have lighting, the mirror on the hallway is only for decoration. Movie theme for hotel is a lovely idea but the basics need for customer need to be highly concern, and it is not possible to work inside the room at night as too less than any other hotel

Our second time staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and perfectly serviceable. Would certainly stay again.

Good access to shops and the tube station.

The property was good and well appointed for the price. Well located and front desk was courteous and helpful.
However the management of the property and Accor have been completely unresponsive and non amenable to a personal curio have tried to reach out for constantly. I had to change the 2 nights to 1 night and despite having a partially refundable rate and outreach. Nothing was done. Not even a response!! I ended up forfeiting 1 night. God awful management. (But then most chain hotel owners don’t have an ounce of customer service left in them!)

Clean rooms, fantastic price point for being close(ish) to Wembley ( We paid £25 taxi during busy time). Attentive staff.

Hotel very clean and comfortable however there was no fried breakfast only continental

Rooms are too small and no drawers are placed . No box of tissues and no hand towels. Decors were pleasant and unique

The facilities were all very good with, the issue I had was the lack of meal choice, only snacks offered.

Eating in the main lobby felt busy and uncomfortable, we had to wait for a table at breakfast, then had to ask for each food item as the breakfast bar wasn't restocked regularly, which was awful for the poor waitress who was on her own and incredibly busy. the kettle in the room was dangerous as well, it was not filled to capacity yet didn't switch off automatically and proceeded to overflow boiling water all over the desk and floor, this was very dangerous as almost burned.

We will definitely return to Ibis Style. The receptionist (Andrei) was welcoming and helpful. 🐶 loved it here too. It is a very dog friendly hotel and allowed in the breakfast area. Room was clean and spotless. Only a minor comment would be the water pressure in the bathroom could be better. It is near to Ealing Broadway station, easy to navigate in London.

Room was a bit small (I didn't realise during booking so that's on me), and was surprised to not have a mini fridge or phone.

Although, Hotels.com does recommend contacting the hotel directly about any requests, I would have thought when they forwarded my requests to the hotel that the hotel would have responded with either an approval or decline. As a severe OCD sufferer, my requests were extrinsically-linked to that and I was saddened to realise they weren't met.

I think when you book you're paying for the area; although checking today, I have noticed the price to be under half what I paid a week ago. I can only assume that it was because the hotel took advantage of the concert happening in London that day, although I am a little miffed by that. For what I received, the little breakfast options and room service, I think other hotels are worth more per what they charge.

I do like the aesthetic of the place with the movie themes without, but disappointed because of the cost.

Elegant hotel with very convenient location

Amazing and modern hotel. The restaurant is very good to eat at in the hotel. Very convenient for those staying for only a few days and needs a shuttle to the airport.
