Comfortable and modern with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Very comfortable room just a short walk from the waterfront.
Modern clean and tidy.
Staff were very helpful.
Delicious breakfasts and barista coffees included. choice of hot or cold selections very reasonably priced.

Was good on the whole
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, very helpful staff

Cons:

We were put in a room for people with disabilities. I had not asked for it.The shower in the bathroom was terrible . Water was all over the floor and I almost slipped over it.The staff were kind enough to shift us to another room for the 2nd night.

Pros:

It was very nice room and bed. Location is also good for arrival on ferry. We found parking for overnight just near the hotel. Overall, it was typical nice Sofitel experience

You pay for everything and they didn’t provide extra blankets and it was cold and the sircon didn’t help

Very helpful front desk staff.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows. A separate blanket instead of the duvet would be ideal. Handy location and nice and quiet.

Amazing, exceptional, will never forget :)
Pros:

This was the best stay in a hotel I have ever experienced, from walking through the door till check out, the staff were exceptional and turned a girls weekend away into the most memorable stay! A special shout out to Sergio for his outstanding customer service, make him employee of the month please :)

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Room was very comfortable (more below).

Cons:

I didn’t see the engery saver sign until day 2nas it hidden behind the door. I am supportive of saving energy and I saw the sign I would not required my towel to be changed.
Also personally while I thought the room was very nice I thought the decor made the room a little darker and less modern. But if that is the look you going for then I vote my comment.
