Cons:

前台员工在我check-in 的时候给了我非常不好的体验。
1.员工全程态度冷漠，在我没有额外增加服务的时候，表情更是有种 “你这么cheap就不要来我们酒店。”
2.由于我早到,询问房间是否ready. 前台告诉我，没有房间ready.然后过了一会告诉我,如果我额外支付费用的话，可以现在办理入住。我不高兴的是，她完全可以在开始说，或者我到达之前，酒店的邮件应该说，我们收费可以提前允许check in.而不是说你们会尽可能满足，然后前台说，房间没有ready的同时，额外支付可以入住。

Short Stay but Great
Pros:

Short stay overnight on a business trip but very nice. Comfortable hotel room with lovely decor. All the expected amenities. Very well appointed gym. Located in the heart of Wellington and a stone's throw from parliament. Easy walk to shops and central business district.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

Our stay at Sofitel Wellington was absolutely incredible.
From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel welcome and cared for with exceptional service and attention to detail.
A very special thank you to Sergio, who went above and beyond throughout our stay and made the experience even more memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring everything was perfect did not go unnoticed.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wellington. We can’t wait to come back!

A little luxury
Pros:

The service and decor are great. There's a friendly bar in the foyer. We were upgraded, and the room was massive. It was well-appointed and had everything you might need. Very clean and comfortable. It is a little walk from Lampton Quay, but not far.

Pros:

Stayed here as part of a large group trip ahead of a game at Hnry Stadium and can't speak highly enough of the hotel. The staff were excellent, incredibly accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. Rooms were very spacious and had all of the touches you hope to have in a Sofitel room. Cocktails at the bar were excellent and breakfast was expansive. The gym was also very well fitted out.

Pros:

Hotel was very nice. Loved the bathroom. Convenient location. We had stayed while renovations were happening in the bar/reception area and was a little inconvenient but understand its just temporary. We'll be back
