Pros:

Hotel was very nice. Loved the bathroom. Convenient location. We had stayed while renovations were happening in the bar/reception area and was a little inconvenient but understand its just temporary. We'll be back

Lovely relaxed hotel. Will definitely stay again
Pros:

Great service and immaculate accommodation. Great bar and restaurant with amazing food.
Bed was super comfy and our room was serviced like we we first arriving.

Cons:

Hard to find anything to complain about. The location was handy to town, but quite a steep street for parking and unloading. Not really an issue

Pros:

I have to say the dining room my staff were excellent so very well trained and preformed their duties so very well. Food was amazing also. We loved everything thing about Wellington unfortunately the weather did not do us justice but we still loved our time and would highly recommend the Sofitel to our friends and family

Astounding and unforgettable stay.
Pros:

Everything. I liked that the Gym is 24 hours so whenever I feel like going to it. Most importantly I would like to thank the amazing front office team ( Mr. Sergio , and Ms. Khushi and all of the rest of the team ) specially Mr. Sergio was very attentive and kind to all my inquiries and helped assisted me with my issues. So thanks a lot.

Cons:

Nothing, but if only if a swimming pool was provided but that’s doesn’t erase the fact that this hotel stay really deserved a 10 out of 10.
