Would not recommend this hotel for hosting any non-corporate private functions. Their events team did not provide the same food as what was tried during the trial, and it was impossible for family members to move between floors at the hotel - we had to go to the lobby in saree skirt and blouse to request access to the floor the Draper was staying on. Inappropriate, inflexible, and uncomfortable!

I recently stayed at Novotel while dealing with a severe stomach infection, and I cannot thank Kiran enough for the exceptional care and kindness he showed me during such an uncomfortable time.
Kiran went above and beyond by arranging the necessary medicines for me and even paying for them himself. He was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, regularly checking on my well-being and being mindful of what I should eat and drink to aid my recovery.
His compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern made a difficult situation much more manageable. Employees like Kiran are rare, and Novotel is truly fortunate to have someone so dedicated on their team.
Kudos to you, Kiran! You are indeed a gem, and your kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you for making me feel so cared for when I needed it most.
