Had a very comfortable stay at Novotel OMR. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Food was excellent with good variety, and the overall ambience was calm and relaxing. Would definitely recommend for both family and business stays.

Pros:

Bustling property courteous staff

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, ac was not effective. For some reason they think water doesn’t flow out of the bathroom!! Makes the whole place messy

The manager Vishnu was really good with his customer service.

Cons:

There was a cockroach in the room and the water given in the glass bottles gave us stomach upset. We travelled for a wedding and some of us got upset tummies from the water as we were fine before we moved to this hotel and when we were staying at another place.
