The room was clean
Firstly, i have requested for airport transportation. There is no email has been responded on airport transfer makes me worried. But somehow the hotel driver was there. Check in was smooth, saw cockroach in the room and was informed to reception they have quickly offer me for an room move..I was happily packed my things and move to another room. In that room TV was not functioning properly. TV remote was not working. I have called reception few times and somehow fixed next day. Fridge no functioning I have called reception and they have send engineering people to checked yet he said it's functioning and he has increased the temperature. Till the next day the fridge not cold and it's not functioning at all. I'm tired of complaining so I have leave it. Please take note. Lastly I have confirmed airport drop off on my check out day. I asked for an wake up calls. There is no wake up called and the receptionist not even informed anything. I called receptionist and check whether the car already in lobby or not. Than I went to check the receptionist told me pay again on airport transfer I told her all payments has been made why I need pay again. Again she checked and confirmed no need to make any payments as all payments has been charged accordingly.. I'm totally disappointed
Facilities and ambience
Chaotic and untrained staff.
We carried the luggage to our rooms.
Had dinner in the Square restaurant of the hotel and when we reached the room got disturbed to clear the bill with a POS machine and on getting angry were told only signature was needed on the bill.(Which should have been taken in the restaurant)
Morning breakfast ordered an omelette, finished the breakfast but never got it.
The property is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is endearing. The food was great and breakfast spread was extremely elaborate.

Water pressure could be more in shower. Sharing my thoughts as am used to it
I didn't like the system of booking process and there was no good rooms for 3 people.
3 people can't sleep on single bed.
