Great food and value for money
Pros:

Compact rooms , good views and very lovely staff and cleaning department. I misplaced my tablet and they went out of their way to help me . My family was able to spend time with me during buffet breakfast n dinner. Lovely bar staff and restaurant staff

The head chef looked after us very nicely
Specifically made special dish and brought to us

Only difficulty we had was the location too far from airport and it was taking 1 hr to get to airport at 0330am early morning . Heavy traffic due to Metro line construction causing severe congestion

Good rooms

Cons:

We had to pay at hotel, where they deducted 1 lakh instead of 10k, they said payment reversed after reporting. But still haven't received the amount. When we questioned the staffs, their replies were so lame, they have initiated the process and asked us to wait, what a pathetic. Lets say we have processed the payment and we ask them to wait, will they allow us to checkout??

Pros:

The front desk staffs are good. Particularly one young lady who is very attentive and patient over my different accent English. On my last second day 17 April 2026, I wanted to tip her sincerely 500 rupees for her excellence service but she politely turned down. I regret not able to remember her name. She has big eyes, tone texture with center parking long hair. I hope your management can compliment her kindness and excellence listening ears.
Room is good with all the needs ready, especially 4 bottles of drinking water daily, particularly important during summer season.
Restaurant food is tasty though a fruit juice dispensor will be much better. Staff Sarita is very professional, making guests feel home. Kudos!
Overall a good memorable experience.
Thanks for everything.

Cons:

As mentioned earlier, there is freeflow coffee and tea, but no fruit juice.
Good to have one, especially during hot summer season.
