Pros:

If you get this room for $30 a night it’s a fair price. Plumbing issues in the dining room. Something was broken and floor had water under tiles and towels always on the floor. Water from bathroom shower floods the bathroom floor. For the money I was charging a night I felt that was not the quality for the money.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was a poor selection for the Western palate except for eggs anyway you like and no trouble to make. No normal black tea and only awful powdered cordial. The room was a good size. The bathroom ridiculous. The tap just reached into the wash basin,but moved when turned on, toilet seat did not fit and moved, the shower was chest height and the bath was extremely slippery. The hand towels and bath towels were tiny. Nowhere to put toiletries either. The huge bed was really comfortable. Cleaning/ kitchen staff were pleasant. There was no swimming pool and no restaurant, as stated on the website

The room was small,no American Chanel on tivi .no movie offers even in Vietnamese .
They denied my breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of options and very good coffee. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was also centrally located and close enough to popular tourist destinations to make walking a positive experience.

It was average.
Pros:

Small room, bed was not comfortable for me, probably ok for others.
TV was poor standard. Had a large ghost Color through it line the picture tube was about to go.
Hot water took a long time to get hot.
The staff were excellent. Very helpful anyway they could.
