Pros:

We stayed ahead of the races , and it was a quick walk into town, staff where really helpful , breakfast was really nice , lovely pantry for the continental and hot food was great

We had a twin room , beds where on the small side

Pros:

Stylish boutique-style hotel, easy walking-distance from the centre of Cheltenham. What really set it apart for me was the standard of service. My daughter and I arrived at 1.30am and the charming gentleman on reception was waiting to welcome us and showed us to our room. The next day I realised I had lost my lipstick, called the hotel and they kindly checked everywhere for me, including looking in the room itself, checking with housekeeping and asking the next guest, calling me back to let me know that it hadn't been found. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

This hotel is much nicer inside that it looks on the outside - don't be put off by the exterior signage high up on the wall, which looks a bit dated.

lovely hotel, great location!

great location and lovely room! staff were lovey and very helpful.

Cons:

my only complaint is that the room we were staying in was right by the stairs (room 9 i believe) and was incredibly loud. we got woken up at least three times by other guests yelling in the corridor directly outside of our door in the middle of the night. we were actually a little bewildered at the noise. i appreciate it’s not the hotels fault but just something to consider and be aware of
