Brilliant.
Pros:

Staff were extreemely helpful and accommodating when allowing us to enter mine and my family's rooms early to get ready for our wedding. A fabulous building. Great breakfast and brilliant, welcoming staff. A treat to stay here.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Classy place. For some reason, I thought this was going to be another pub accommodation but it's a nice hotel. Well air conditioned and beautifully decorated, friendly staff and great breakfast. Close to the centre but on a less busy side street. Lovely cool room with lots of nice details.

Cons:

It was probably stated when I booked this room but it was small. We struggled to find room for our luggage once we started unpacking things.

Lovely hotel, don’t buy breakfast when booking on this site
Pros:

It was a clean, modern, stylish and thoughtfully decorated property. Sleep comfort was great, everything worked. Continental breakfast ingredients were good quality.

Cons:

Extortionate £15 charge for a continental breakfast which wasn’t made clear on the Booking app and so much so that it was included in an email after I booked that it was only a Continental. At £15 I’d have never booked that. If you book direct you get cooked breakfast included (also worth up to another £15 for add on items) but not on Booking. This isn’t the first time something similar has happened where it’s become really unattractive to book through Booking.com and just use the website as a search engine instead - the price difference used to get as a Genius Level 3 member seems to be a thing of the past, better value to book direct.
