I can only hope that we receive a full refund for the inconvenience, frustration and upset.
Pros:

Nothing went well, due to the fact that, when we arrived outside the property to check in for our 3 night stay, we couldn't get in. The property was closed.
There was a very kind foreign gentleman who came up the steps from down below, to explain and try to help us through Booking. com with no success, and then look for alternative accomodation, but it wasn't actually his problem.

Cons:

The telephone number on the hotel board didn't connect to anyone. The nice foreign gentleman, who we believe was in the manager's employ connected me on his mobile phone to the manager, who told me to be quiet when I attempted to understand our situation; it turned out that was was an asbestos issue, closing the place down. However, we had no notification from Booking. Com until 6.30 pm, which indicated that that the company had 'dragged it's heels' in letting us know so late, and effectively making us 'homeless' for 3 nights. I consider this to be a very poor service, not only from Booking . com but particularly from the 'manager' who was so abrupt and very rude, exempting himself from all responsibility. A great way to end an 8 hour journey with potentially nowhere to stay.

Parking is absolutely ridiculous you pay all night(12pm is free until 6am)
So unless you won't get up and pay again you pay full amount I paid from 9pm £16.90 !

Perfect for a visit to Plymouth
Pros:

Large room with high ceilings.
Nice bathroom
Perfect location with a 2 minute walk to the Hoe and 10 minute walk to the Barbican.
A variety of pubs and restaurants all close by.
