Good location for going into Plymouth City centre.
Lady on the front desk with the strawberry blonde bob (sorry can't remember your name) was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy. Room was clean and had extra pillows. Beds were comfy.
Not a major criticism but would have been handy to have a mirror in the room either than the little bathroom mirror but to be honest if thats my only complaint then thats not bad at all.

Room was unclean and carpark full of rubbish
It is very close to the town , the theatre and also the Hoe . Perfect location for us.
The website advertises a breakfast . On checking further I read that I would have to pay an additional £6 for breakfast which I still would have been happy to do . However when we got there and I enquired about booking breakfast for the next morning I was told that the hotel doesnt do breakfast ! They should really update their website and make that clear .
I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions and public transport. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
My fourth stay at the Grosvenor, always an enjoyable experience. Whereas breakfast was not included, we were notified of this before my visit and the Receptionist recommended a cafe which was superb ! Will definitely return.

Hotel is well located to walk to town and the Hoe. Parking available behind hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.
Bed was uncomfortable and dipped. Room was very hot, (was a heatwave at the time) fan was on when we arrived, but curtains open with sun shining in. Very disappointed no breakfast served anymore. Was great when we last stayed at hotel.

Er is helemaal geen ontbijt ( sinds januari dit jaar) iets waarvoor wij wel hebben betaald en ook op de site van Booking staat aangegeven, evenals op het bord buiten het hotel. Ook is er helemaal geen parkeervergunning te krijgen, gewoon £20 met muntjes aftikken.
