The staff were friendly. The location was great
The room was a little small and the bathroom had an awkward layout. No lift.
Large room with high ceilings.
Nice bathroom
Perfect location with a 2 minute walk to the Hoe and 10 minute walk to the Barbican.
A variety of pubs and restaurants all close by.
Nothing.
The room was, as always, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and polite.
Staff are friendly kind and helpful and the rooms are amazing spacious and comfortable
Staff were excellent throughout.
Need more tea, sugars and milk, but this isnt a dislike, just a request.
Old Georgian hotel with character.
Rooms were comfy and staff friendly.
Great breakfast!
Good value for money.
Rooms have high ceilings and were a little cold apart from that all good.
Eeverything perfect, will be back anytime I have to stay in Plymouth
Nothing
The sheets and towels were clean, and we were able to park. That’s it.
Our room was dark and dingy. Our view was of a mass of scaffolding. It was literally not light enough to be able to read, and felt very depressing to be in. As a result we slept in the beds and left as soon as we could in the morning. It was just too miserable a place to be in.
The bathroom was absolutely tiny, barely room to move. Nowhere to put any toiletries etc, except for one toothbrush each.
No bar fridge. The furniture was old, but not in a good way, adding to the overall depressing nature of the room, and the hotel itself.
It’s barely two stars.
Very clean, large, comfortable bedroom.
Breakfast only started at 8am
Staff/team excellent.

A quiet and comfortable room. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the city centre and Plymouth Hoe. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free off-street parking is available at the rear.
The 'continental breakfast' offered only cereal, toast and a croissant with coffee or tea, so could be expanded a bit. But for £5 it was reasonable.
Amazing staff, tasty food, comfortable room with everything we needed. Definitely be back, thank you xx
