Its ok just to put your head down to sleep

Great location. Clean and warm

Cons:

In the morning when I got back from a run. My shower was freezing. I spoke to a nice young man in reception who apologised and said there wasn't any maintenance men there and that there was nothing he could do. So it had to be a cold shower. I then couldn't find a hair dryer, I spoke to a rude lady this time who said the boiler was being looked at and that there was a hairdryer in my room there is in every room 🤔 There wasn't in mine! She didn't come and look she just walked away. I Went Back to the polite man on reception and told him. If I have to have a cold shower I need to at least dry my hair. He went out the back and found me one. Back up the 5 flight of stairs and a cold shower and the hairdryer was broken. Infact it was very dangerous to use.

A lovely place to stay in Plymouth. The staff was great and so helpful. And the location was fantastic.
I would recommend and stay there again.

Tiny room, someone open my door in the middle of the night and tried to come in, which i thought was strange dont know if it was staff or not but they had a key and as soon as I said something they shut the door and left?
