Location next to the Hoe and near town.
Room needed a bit extra in cleaning, behind the beds and under the tables for example. Mattresses need changing or adding mattress covers as you can feel the springs. The bathroom needs a bit of tlc.
Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner. Le service est quasi inexistant, la salle de bain est microscopique. Seuls points positifs : c’est propre et il y a un parking.
Nice place very near Plymouth sound , light and airy.
My room was on a busy road.
Shower pressure was very poor .
Team on Reception were professional and friendly.
Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable.
Location was perfect for local attractions and facilities.
Nothing of significance but a bath towel would have been good … I’m sure if id asked I’d have been provided with one !
Staff were very helpful. I left behind my phone charger and they contacted me and returned it to me, very happy with this service.

The hotel was perfectly situated near the Hoe. It was a nice building with a lot of character. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but it was fine. It had a nice shower, tea and coffee facilities and the biscuits were a nice touch.
There wasn't a lot of room whilst walking past the bed to the wardrobe in the corner. You had to be careful not to whack your leg against the corner of the bed. The light bulb was not working in the bathroom for the first two days of my stay but was sorted by the third day. Also someone outside was banging the door continuously at around midnight to 1 am during the week, which kept me awake for a bit. Having said all this I would stay here again as its a good value hotel in a great location.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour le rapport qualité prix et aussi pour le petit déjeuner en supplément, mais celui ci n'était pas servi dommage, nous aurions surement fait un autre choix d hôtel

I did enjoy my stay, however, no breakfast facility, the room was tired, the sink had a large semi repaired crack, the shower try was badly worn, shower door didn't close properly, and the shower pipe leaked, doors in the room could do with a good scrub, that said, because of the location, and peaceful area, it was a sheer joy, the staff were lovely and helpful.
