Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück wurde auf die Terrasse gebracht, bei frühen Ausflügen haben wir ein lunch Paket bekommen. Bei Rückkehr gab es frisches Obst und Kekse. Fahrer in die Stadt oder auch für Ausflüge wurden organisiert. Wir wurden rundum umsorgt. Wir mochten auch, dass die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb der Stadt lag, so war es in unserem Bungalow mit Privatpool ruhig und entspannt.

We were made to feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble, we highly recommend this property
Pros:

It was a lovely quiet location, the free shuttle service in the evening was a nice touch. The private pool was lovely to cool down in, after long day trips.
The staff, especially Minea went above and beyond what’s expected.

Cons:

Some would say it was out of the way, but the inexpensive transport solved the issue

Wonderful oasis
Pros:

This is a beautiful oasis on the edge of Siem Reap. We stayed in a private pool bungalow which was a lovely relief from hot days around Angkor Wat. The staff, especially Minya, were very welcoming and hospitable. This was one of our favourite stays during our travels.

Cons:

The property is a bit out of the centre but we were offered a complimentary tuktuk to town each evening.

Super Aufenthalt, sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Perspnal war wunderbar. Minea hat uns ganz super betreut. Bei Bedarf hat sie alles perfekt organisiert. Wir sind um 5.00 Uhr morgens mit dem Nachtbus aus Sihanoukville angekommen und wurden von Sith abgeholt. Bis unser Bungalow bereit war, wurde uns ein anderer Bungalow zugewiesen und wir haben sogar ein freies Frühstück bekommen. Alle waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sith hat uns dann auch beim Sightseeing gefahren und wir haben uns bei ihm sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Bungalow lag etwas von der Strasse entfernt und war entsprechend ruhig. Der private pool war auch sehr sauber und wir haben es genossen nach dem sight seeing dort zu entspannen. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert und Freundlichkeit der Menschen war wirklich sensationell. Grossen Dank an Alle. Am erstem Tag haben wir einen Fremdenführer (auch mit dem Namen Minea) gebucht. Grosse Empfehlung, das hilft wirklich bei der Orientierung.

Best stay ever!
Pros:

The bungalow is spacious, clean and beds are really comfortable. The bathroom is big and clean. The personal pool is an amazing feature. The staff is kind and welcoming

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war klasse
Pros:

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Bekamen sogar ein Lunchpaket mit, als wir um 04:30 Uhr den Sonnenaufgang in Angkor Wat besuchten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Auch das große Badezimmer

Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war extrem hoch.

Beautiful retreat in the heart of Siem reap
Pros:

Angkor Heart Bungalow is a beautiful, tranquil place to stay in the heart of Siem Reap. The grounds are lovely, the bungalows are comfortable, and the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Minea, who was amazing from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. She truly made our experience even more memorable. We would happily stay here again.

Great staff, private pool, city centre easily accessible
Pros:

The beds were super comfy and the staff went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. They gave us complementary fruits and drinks every day after we returned from various day trips.

Cons:

It’s a bungalow in open space, so it’s only fair to expect some bugs

Highly recommended
Pros:

The best part of the property is the warm welcome and exceptional service from both Mini and our driver who collected us from the airport
The property has a beautiful breakfast delivered to your balcony and I didn’t even realise we had our own pool

Cons:

Nothing , I couldn’t recommend this place enough
I wish the rest of our stay was here but we booked elsewhere

Private Paradise in Siem Reap
Pros:

Loved the privacy with the trees around the bungalow, the private pool. We ate dinner and breakfast on our porch as they brought it and set it all up on white tablecloth. Such nice staff, gave us nice tshirts as we left too. We will come back next year for at least a month!

Cons:

There are no negatives, seriously.

Mi hanno regalato senza un perchè un upgrade bungalow co private pool... sinceramente un sogno !!!

Cons:

La pulizia della piscina. Era onestamente impossibile da conservar pulita perchè sorgeva in un giardino tropicale , quindi le foglie eran inevitabili che vi cadessero ... ma le mattonelle tutte sporche di verde potevan esser lavate un po piu spesso...
Questo per trovar proprio qualcosa da migliorare ma è una sciocchezza se paragonato alla pace e al benessere che si prova in questo luogo...

I loved my time here & would definitely return as the food, location & staff were fantastic.
Pros:

I was extremely happy with my stay at Angkor Heart Private Bungalows as i was also upgraded to private bungalows due to Angkor Heart Bungalows being renovated in low season. the staff Minea was really lovely & extremely helpful with anything I required. A very quiet secluded location that was very peaceful & not far from the centre of town.

Cons:

The only thing that was disappointing was the pool was a little on the warm side & that was due to being in the direct sun which cannot be helped but after getting in it was ok.
