Angkor Heart Bungalow

Det var god service, gratis tuktuk transfer ind til centrum, vi fik en opgradering - hvilket gjorde vores ophold helt fantastisk. Personalet var meget behjælpelige med booking af ‘templerun’, vasketøjs service og generelt bare rigtig imødekommende og servicemindede.
De private bungalows (som vi boede i) ligger lidt tilbagetrukket fra vejen, hvilket giver en dejlig rolig og jungle agtig vibe.

La gentillesse, la bienveillance du personnel, vraiment incroyable (mention spéciale à Menea du private (désolé pour l’orthographe)). Tout est fait pour un super séjour. Toujours plein d’intentions pour nous être agréables. Les chambres sont tous confort, la piscine au private tres agréable. Petit déjeuner top servi sur la terrasse. Je recommande à 100%.
J’espère pouvoir y retourner.

Our stay was incredible, I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap. The staff were amazing and so kind - the breakfast was delicious and there are plenty of options, the cleaning staff were perfect, they provide towels and pillows as well as complimentary snacks and drinks by the pool. They also offer a tuk tuk service for free in the evenings into the main part of town (only a few mins away). We also used the laundry services which were so efficient and cheap. Would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly host and we felt spoiled during the entire stay. They helped us with everything - they picked us up in the airport and made sure we had a good driver for all the days their could show us all the tempels and floating village.

Loved our stay in the private pool bungalows here. So tranquil and relaxing. Unbelievably good service from the lady who runs it day to day - nothing was too much trouble. Organised all our trips with their lovely tuk tuk driver Mr Bean who was great. Highly recommend.

Angkor Heart Bungalow is a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and always willing to help with anything you need. Especially NaNah. This is a five* service from start to finish.
The bungalows are spacious, comfortable and well maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying breakfast and diner every morning and evening on the veranda, which made the experience feel extra special and personal. Every time the table is set with a fresh tablecloth. During the day we resieved extra fruit and drinks. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place with exceptional hospitality Angkor Heart Bungalow is highly recommended. We would absolutely stay here again. They are like family.

Friendly, helpful staff, lovely gardens around the 2 pools, breakfast on the veranda of our bungalow was a great way to start the day and the rustic style of the bungalow made it a lovely memorable accommodation.

Fantastic setting and the most attentive staff I've ever encountered.The free pick up from the airport such a great gesture as well as free tuk-tuk to the city center. NaNa and her team went above and beyond to make us feel looked after.We had the loveliest, most relaxing stay.

This is a cute bungalow hotel, with an amazingly friendly staff. I love the location to Pub street, and they provide a Tuk Tuk to town. I love the fresh fruit and snacks provided when you return from your daily tours. We had lunch and breakfast here as well and the food was wonderful. The rooms are large, pool is very nice. Some rooms are close to the busy surrounding roads, so expect some road noise. Overall a great place to stay!!

I highly recommend this place. The bungalow was very clean and serviced daily. The staff was very helpful and friendly, available 24/7. During our stay, we were served free fruit, drinks, and cookies daily. The hotel also serves good meals.

Fantastiskt trevligt boende med en underbar personal!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel besteht ausschließlich aus Bungalows, die nicht nur sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, sondern auch außergewöhnlich sauber, großzügig und geräumig sind. Alles wirkte extrem gepflegt und liebevoll instand gehalten.

Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön angelegt – ruhig, sauber und ein echter Rückzugsort. Insgesamt hat man das Gefühl, sich in einer kleinen grünen Oase zu befinden, obwohl man sich mitten in der Stadt aufhält.

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch der Tempelanlagen von Angkor Wat. Diese sind nicht weit entfernt und sehr gut erreichbar – entweder bequem mit dem Tuk-Tuk (ein Tuk-Tuk steht jederzeit direkt am Hotel bereit) oder mit dem Roller, wofür wir uns entschieden haben.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich aufmerksame und herzliche Personal. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück wurde uns jeden Morgen direkt an unseren Bungalow auf die Terrasse gebracht – ein absoluter Traum. Am Nachmittag gab es regelmäßig kleine liebevolle Aufmerksamkeiten wie frisches Obst oder Kokosnüsse. Unsere Tochter bekam jeden Tag eine große Tüte Kekse, was sie natürlich begeistert hat.

Ein kleiner Hinweis: Straßengeräusche sind hörbar. Uns persönlich hat das überhaupt nicht gestört, aber man sollte wissen, dass die Straße und der Verkehr wahrnehmbar sind.

Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Angkor Wat reisen, wäre dieses Hotel unsere erste Wahl und wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.
