Amazing stay. Staff are fantastic and add to the charm of this hotel
Pros:

We had an amazing one night stay. The location is fabulous by the lake and the grounds are just adorable. Food was delicious we had steak on the stone which was Devine. The staff are so friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, staff were lovely , beds very comfortable and the food was exceptional , my self and 3 friends stayed and it was very reasonably priced

Location, staff, presentation of the grounds, forest walk

Cons:

No lift. The bedrooms and bathrooms were quite small and a bit dated. The tables in the Bistro Bar where we ate were too close together. Could have been more food on the plates especially the duck spring roll starter and main course hake. The presentation of the breakfast was poor. Home made brown bread maybe and definitely a better yogurt needed.

Relaxing place to stay amazing views and well kept gardens.
Pros:

Warm, welcoming, the food was excellent, staff were very friendly, from the reception staff, breakfast staff and restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely return.

Amazing from start to finish!
Pros:

The staff were incredible! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!

Cons:

Tiny issue - Guinness was a little grainy. Maybe the lines could be flushed or the CO2 levels checked

My husband and myself enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

My husband said it was one of the best breakfast he has ever had. He had the porridge.
The staff were amazing. Could not have been more helpful and extremely friendly.
