Todo estaba muy bonito, la atención de su personal es excelente. Le bajé un punto por la comida, sobre todo en las carnes que no nos entregaban como habíamos pedido y el servicio de demoró mucho.
También la camas y las almohadas estuvieron muy duras.

Una finca hotel muy agradable, todo el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, hicieron de mi estadía una experiencia maravillosa incluso viajando sola. Super recomendado para disfrutar en familia o en pareja :)
El administrador conoce mucho del lugar, por lo cual es un excelente guía y anfitrión.

phenomenal service, views, locations - Recommend!
Pros:

Juan Carlos oversees the team at Punga -- and all of them do a fabulous job in taking care of their guests - from the minute you arrive until you leave. We were a little concerned that it would be too "fancy" but it was extremely comfortable - with great service inside a great building with large windows providing views of the area.

highly recommend this hotel - one of the best experiences we have had in our travels.

Magnificent Hotel in the Mountains
Pros:

The hotel is a marvel and the Manage of Operations Juan Carlos Rios is tremendous--he is everywhere--greeting you upon arrival, getting the bellman to take luggage to the room, park the car, then in the restaurant and even assisting with travel directions for your onward journey. The rooms are large and very comfortable and have wonderful fireplaces that the staff will light for you. The views are magnificent and the restaurant is excellent. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel and staff. Don't worry about getting to the hotel--use a GPS and enter the coordinates and you will find it. It is off the beaten path which in todays world is a wonderful thing.
