personal, ale hlavne recepcny bol vynimocny a profesionalny….

Cons:

dostali sme izbu c.1….. bola to prechodova izba, ktora mala byt jednoznacne pre 1 rodinu, nakolko cez dvere bolo vsetko pocut…. sukromie bolo 0, nic……Okrem toho aj ranajky boli velmi slabe.

Veľmi nás potešila príjemná a priateľská atmosféra hotela. Recepčný bol vždy milý a ochotný pomôcť, pričom skvele zvládal aj úlohu čašníka. Oceňujeme hlavne ochotu personálu zabezpečiť bezlepkovú stravu, čo výrazne prispelo k pohodliu nášho pobytu. Veľmi sme si užili dostupnosť bazéna, biliardu aj stolného futbalu, a taktiež sme boli spokojní s dostatočnou teplotou a čistotou na izbe. Celkovo veľmi príjemný pobyt s výbornou starostlivosťou personálu."

Very friendly and comfortable small hotel with good wellness area. The staff is amazing, especially Peter and his wife. They are SO helpful!
