Cons:

The rooms at the back of the hotel vibrate. I was awake for hours thinking there was a helicopter but after investigating it was the air condition, it must be on top of the room and when it’s on it vibrates the room .

Very disappointed on my birthday.

I liked the shower, and mini bar!!!!

Cons:

It was hard to find parking , never been to Palm springs before. Then couldn't find office. We arrived at like 130am. Couldn't find a security guard, anyone. I had to call my booking agency because I called the office 2 times no answer. Finally my booking people got ahold of someone.
Took way to long to check in.
Would I go back..... No!
Not worth the hassle. Cost way to much for the room. For what we got.

Perfect weekend getaway with my partner & fur baby! Food was great; staff was amazing!
Pros:

STAFF was AMAZING. Loved everybody there -- especially the gentleman who checked us in & was there all weekend; Aya was great; and the older gentleman who was maybe a barback who spoke spanish, cleaning up after people around the pool was also FANTASTIC! Loved taht our dog could run around freely. Drag Queen Trivia was a lot of fun. The Food was fantastic!!!!

We noticed there were a lot of people who were in the pool ALL DAY & didnt get out to use the bathroom once....

Pretty much my go to for when I go to Palm Springs
Pros:

Wonderful place for a quick getaway. Got lucky and had 99° the whole stay. Everything was more than perfect.

Cons:

Netflix didn’t work on the television. I didn’t even complain, but they refunded us the resort fee.

Pros:

Love this place, second time staying. Staff were very nice, love the coffee shop and ice cream shop on site, dog friendly. Convenient location.

Didn’t love that the room was only cleaned every few days.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Loved how it felt like i was in my own cabin

Cons:

The lack of ev chargers and the hot tub was cold plus the rooms don’t have great noise cancellation.. you could hear a lot of noises at night.

Cons:

The hotel does charge a $100 pet fee, which feels misleading since the booking details repeatedly say there’s no pet fee. I would not have chosen this hotel had the pet fee been accurately listed
