ARRIVE Palm Springs - Adults Only

Well I thought that I would like the location but it’s close to the road!
I like the staff I thought they were nice. The bed was nice enough. The best part was the manager and staff were great !

Upscale, chic, young glamour hotel for bougie couples vacationing in Palm Springs. Elegant, stylish room with enormous shower, mountain views, and comfortable bedding. Hip, scenic pool with outdoor restaurant - surprising appealing
food and a reasonable prices. The crowd is Instagram ready. Part of the Palihotel group. Lower in price than other upscale hotel chains. Modern facility. Very beautiful design. Poolside views are impressive.

Overall, we had a great stay at ARRIVE Palm Springs. The rooms were cute and a perfect size for two, with comfy beds and good shower pressure. The decor is fun and trendy, and the pool and hot tub were definitely highlights. Poolside food was delicious.

The best part of our stay, though, was the poolside service by Brandon who was amazing. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and funny. He really made our whole experience. It’s rare to come across someone who goes out of their way like that, and it didn’t go unnoticed.

Since it’s a smaller boutique hotel, it can sometimes take a minute to grab someone’s attention, but once you do, everyone is helpful and accommodating. That said, Brandon truly stood out and made the stay feel extra special. Always available and wanting to help all guests.

Great spot for a quick weekend getaway. Also loved having a coffee shop and ice cream spot right on the property, such a nice bonus!

Location , rooms and pool very nice

Only booked one night because we were going to keep heading northeast from Joshua Tree National Park but after wonderful stay that night, decided to drive back from Joshua Tree and stay another night. Enjoyed it that much. Nice clean comfortable room. Great black out blinds too. Staff wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was really good but did take a long time in getting. Hot tub amazing! Guessing that one cook and just one server. Definitely could step up their game there! Only comment that kept my review from being a 5.

Pretty pool and area.

Lovely pool and friendly staff. Beds are so comfortable. I live in PSP and I felt like I was on vacation. Kimberly was so welcoming when I arrived - felt like I was home.

ARRIVE is an outstanding place to stay when visiting Palm Springs. We loved everything about it, starting with the very thoughtful, kind and considerate staff who make you feel welcome when you arrive a bit sad when it's time to leave. The rooms are beautifully and comfortably designed. Clean and quiet with great Sand & Stone products. Conveniently located to the heart of Palm Springs in the Uptown/Arts District. The total vibe and atmosphere is very relaxed with a beautiful pool to hang out at and relax after a day of hiking or just enjoying a little fun in the sun. We've been raving about ARRIVE to family and friends and highly recommend if you're looking for a cute place run by great people, led by Kim specifically who is a joy.

This hotel might have been a 4 star at one point, but now I would put it somewhere between 2 and 3. The rooms are very basic with one tiny chair to sit on and uncomfortable, soft mattresses that have seen better days. No kettle or coffee maker, no slippers and pretty short on 4 star hotel basics, overall. We stayed two nights and no one cleaned the room.
The hotel is on a busy road and it's REALLY loud inside the room. Location is okay.
We ordered breakfast at their restaurant and waited almost an hour for eggs.
Overall, it felt like they were severely understaffed, and worse, they weren't afraid to say "no" to some pretty basic requests. It'd be hard to recommend this place.

We spent two nights here over Valentine’s weekend for my hubbys bday. The check in process was easy and smooth. The room was perfectly Palm Springs in every way. Although the weather was cold we were still able to utilize the hot tub thanks the fire pits around it. We had a small hiccup with our patio fireplace being unable to be lit on our last night but Kimberly the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation the next morning. She genuinely empathized with us and made sure we left happy. Thanks again, Kimberly! You’re the best. Lastly, the brunch options at the restaurant were on point and delicious. The hash brown chilaquiles were my favorite!! Great service from the staff as well. This is a great couples getaway!

The most iconic welcome desk ever @ the Bar! Swanky Boutique Vibe & architecture. Paul is the most genuine host & intimate staff very welcoming - we actually checked out only to return. Top Shelf Hospitality 🙌
