ARRIVE Palm Springs - Adults Only

We decided to stay at this property after visiting a year earlier to grab coffee from nearby Cartel Coffee and we were taken in by the relaxed, chill vibes around the pool and property. Our stay this year has been wonderful. Service offered by Kimberley, the Manager was exceptional as was that offered by the bar and poolside staff. The beds were absolutely amazing. We stayed in a Double Double room located on the ground floor and it was so nice and quiet. The rooms are spacious, airy and very comfortable. The minibar is a lovely touch with some reasonably priced snacks and treats which is a welcome change from most minibars. The bathrooms are spacious and well designed. The pool area is perfect for a relaxing day, the right balance of energy whilst being stylish. The food we enjoyed at breakfast was great. Whilst the menu maybe small, it’s clear that the team have decided to focus on a small number of dishes that they can deliver exceptionally well. All told, it was a fabulous stay. We did miss a coffee machine in the room and a partnership with a local gym or fitness studio would make this hotel an absolute star in Palm Springs. That said, it’s not going to stop us from returning again in the future.

This was our third time staying here, we love the grounds and rooms. I was blown away this time by Brandon, he was so welcoming, warm and really made you feel at home. His personality and customer service was off the charts and he truly made our visit feel extra special. We will definitely be back!

Loved the room, the pool and the bar.

Small, boutique hotel in a great location in Palm Springs. Rooms are very clean, perfect decor and nice shampoo, conditioner, and body gel in shower (salt & stone). Staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate. I would stay here again. Great choice for couples, as it is kid free property.

We got a personal greeting text on our way, welcoming us to the facility. Once we arrived, we were greeted by the bartender/greeter, Brandyn. He was so welcoming and funny; he made us feel like we were right at home.

Andrew was super friendly, informative and accommodating. The atmosphere had great energy but chill at the same time. Rooms are trendy and super clean. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool but would recommend it. Coffee shop next door had delicious coffee. Would definitely come back!

The staff were great !!! Special shout out to Brendon, Mike and Andre that went above and beyond to make our stay easy comfortable and memorable!

I went for a weekend with my mom and sister for my sister’s birthday and we could not have chosen a better stay! Brandon checked us in and immediately made us feel at home. We spent a lot of time at the pool, the music was great (quiet in the mornings and the perfect volume during the day with a great timeless playlist). Brandon continued to make us feel at home and really put a smile on everyone’s faces. It was a nice mix of people and ages staying there. The food and drinks were great, the service was amazing, and the location was very convenient. There’s a coffee shop next to the hotel and a nice couch and lounge area by the pool to enjoy it in the morning. It was quiet at night and the parking was easy. 10/10 recommend!

We chose Arrive based on a recommendation and it did not disappoint! From the moment we checked in, Brandon made us feel so welcomed. The hotel manager checked in with us often by text to make sure our stay was going well. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool was so relaxing with a great playlist and relaxing vibe. Brandon absolutely made our day with his smile, quick wit and genuine desire to make sure our stay was relaxing and fun. The pool had plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas as well as covered lounging areas with sofas to relax. The rooms were decorated with MCM furnishings. Our room was clean and well maintained. There’s food available to order poolside or room service and a full service bar. There’s also a great coffee shop nextdoor. I’d absolutely go back to Arrive and highly recommend it. Had a great weekend at the Arrive. Brandon was the BEST and truly made our stay. He was so attentive and personable. Would go back just for him! Pool area was nice and chill and the room was great. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend.
