Je n’ai pas pour habitude de publier des avis négatifs, mais notre expérience mérite d’être partagée.
À notre arrivée tardive, nous avons découvert avec stupeur une grande quantité de sang frais dans les draps. Il était évident que la literie n’avait pas été changée avant notre arrivée, ce qui est totalement inacceptable en termes d’hygiène.
Le personnel nous a simplement proposé de changer le duvet, alors que les draps eux-mêmes étaient également sales. À ce moment-là, mes limites ont été dépassées. J’ai clairement indiqué que je ne dormirais pas dans ce lit si toute la literie n’était pas remplacée.
Ce n’est qu’après insistance que nous avons finalement été changés de chambre.
La réaction globale du personnel a été très décevante : un simple “désolé”, sans réelle prise en charge ni considération. Aucun geste commercial, même symbolique, n’a été proposé.
C’est d’autant plus regrettable que le cadre de l’hôtel est agréable. Malheureusement, ce type de négligence et le manque de professionnalisme gâchent complètement l’expérience.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement en l’état.

It was a comfortable stay. I’d stay again
Pros:

Very comfy bed and pillows. The wifi was great. Breakfast was included. Tea, coffee, jug and small fridge in room. They couldn’t give me a late checkout but did look after my bags until I left for the airport.

Cons:

For the amount of accommodation they have there isn’t enough lounge chairs or beanbags around the pool.

The rooms need a deep clean … especially the bathroom !
Took half hour to get a second coffee at breakfast , despite 3 staff , only 5 other guests … just standing round chatting !

Great little hotel for a few nights
Pros:

Nice accommodation. Lovely big bed and clean linen and towels. Food in restaurant was great. Fabulous breakfast included. Staff very friendly. Good WiFi.

Cons:

Pool was a bit small. The location was fairly central to the main are but the street was very narrow back ally which was dirty and smelly.

Cons:

Checked in with my group of 5. Did not get the rooms requested 4 months in advance. A member of my group had to change rooms twice due to moldy smelling room and aircon not working. I had to also move rooms as apparently someone specifically requested my room for 2 days in their booking a few weeks earlier, even tough I was staying 6 days.

Pros:

It has a beautiful aesthetic for a smaller hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful with anything needed,pool was small but lovely,breakfast was great and perfect portion size and we loved it came with a good coffee/cappuccino and location was perfect close to everything.

Cons:

My only 1 complaint is the bed,I am usually not fussy when it comes to beds but it was hard as a rock,I purchased a thin foam topper to use but it was still extremely hard,we were booked to stay for 16 nights but after 9th night of little sleep due to bed,we unfortunately checked out early into a nearby hotel,if bed were somewhat comfortable this place would be perfect.

Lugar de paz e sossego em Bali.
Pros:

Que local maravilhoso. Ótimo atendimento, quarto espaçoso e confortável. Restaurante anexo oferece várias opções de comida. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização ótima, próxima da praia e de várias lojas e restaurantes. Pessoal da recepção prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar.
