Location is fab on the beach and pool area is nice
Pros:

Room was a good size. Bathroom was large. Had a pool room which was great.

Cons:

Staff were not that helpful. Tried to rent a scooter and the hotel bought us a scooter that was in really bad condition had trouble starting it and ended up saying take it back.
Hotel had a few events on and one of the nights they cancelled one of the events and didn’t let guests know bit disappointed.

It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was great with a great selection on offer. The staff were great and we got upgraded to one of the garden bungalows with its own pool which was lovely.

It’s not worth the price.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent .. very central but still quiet, about a 10-minute walk from the center. But if cleanliness matters to you, then no, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Cons:

First of all, when I arrived I heard many people complaining about the room keys. That same night when I came back, we couldn’t find the room because my key card had been coded incorrectly. We walked between about three different rooms and still couldn’t find it. I also couldn’t communicate with the guy at the reception because he doesn’t speak English. I ended up being outside the room for about an hour at night.

But honestly, that’s the least serious problem. The worst part was the cleanliness. The towels were dirty and torn, there were no pillowcases on the pillows, and the room itself was dirty. It’s not worth the money. I’ve booked hotels at the same price that were a million times cleaner and more pleasant.

There was always a feeling from the reception staff of “this is what it is, deal with it.
There was also a guy who was always sitting at the reception. He looked and acted like some kind of manager, but it wasn’t really clear what his role was. He just sat there with a face that basically said, that’s how it is

In short, it wasn’t pleasant at all. The cleaning staff were actually very nice … whenever I asked for something, they came, helped, and cleaned. But the overall level of cleanliness in this hotel is very, very low.
