Beach side villas just magical
Pros:

Great location - you get the best of both worlds out of the crowds but close enough to still access the main activities. We had the beach side villa and was such a magical place to wake up every morning. Having our own pool was great. Staff were attentive and very responsive.

Cons:

Gym is pretty basic. Though a large and diverse breakfast offering - I’d rate it as average for a resort.

Pros:

Die Ocean Villas liegen direkt am Strand. Schöne Sonnenaufgänge, bequeme Betten und Poolliegen. Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet.

Cons:

Leider gibt es immer wieder kiffende Hotelgäste, was echt mühsam ist. Die Hotelleitung macht nicht wirklich etwas dagegen. Schade!

Ok, aber zu teuer
Pros:

Der Strand war sauber und das Meer optisch clean. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nach 12 Tagen hätte man gerne etwas mehr Abwechslung gehabt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. War aber laut.
Das Hotel stellte ausreichend Sonnenschirme und Liegen.

Cons:

Die Schwimmbadwassertemperatur war ziemlich warm, eigentlich nicht zum Bahnen schwimmen geeignet. Auch waren die Öffnungszeiten (9-18 Uhr) zu kurz.
Das Hotel wurde mit 4.1 bewertet, das ist viel zu hoch! Die Möbel und das Hotel ist etwas abgewohnt. Öfters brach das WLAN Netz zusammen.
Am Hauptstrand gab es zwar eine Dusche, aber so installiert das man nach sich zwar abduschen konnte, die Füsse aber sofort wieder mit Sand voll waren da die Dusche im Sand gebaut worden ist.

Great View, clean beach and OK food.
Pros:

The room.was perfect. Huge beds, huge balcony, huge shower stall, not thos tiny little stalls other hotels normally have, huge bath tub.

The sea view was great and not obstructed by too many palm trees.

The beach was super clean no debris, the ocean was clear blue. Not sure if they're is a seaweed season but it made the experience that much better.

The food wasn't too bad I had the fish and chips one lunch but the tuna appetiser with mango salad and whole teabags were excellent.

Cons:

The staff were not very responsive i don't want to chalk it down to them being racist or they are just the way they are. But I barely needed to interact with them TBH unless I was ordering food. I did have to request for housekeeping even though we had the housekeeping light on when we went out on the day trip.

A beautiful resort in Chaweng Beach, I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

A fantastic resort on the beach, we had a villa with a private pool which was outstanding. Great relaxed vibe.

Overall, the resort was fantastic.

Great location just some of the customer service needs some work.
Pros:

Great location that is close enough to the action of the main strip but far away that you get the peaceful vibes.

Cons:

Some of the staff unfortunately. Breakfast crew and some of the bar staff just gave the impression of not wanting to be there.
Definitely exceptions a big call out to Jay who honestly was the best always attentive and friendly. The two ladies at the front counter when we booked in were awesome as well.

Prezzo troppo alto per la struttura che ormai cade a pezzi

Ottima la posizione in pieno centro.

Cons:

Per due giorni non hanno effettuato la pulizia delle camere, struttura poco curata e molto sporca,colazione il minimo è sempre fredda e spesso in ritardo sull’orario.
