Very basic for the budget
Pros:

The location is great with cheap buses into town every 15min and markets with food close by. Was also good to have a pool on the roof to cool off in the middle of the day when no one else was there. Bottled water and coffee sachets are provided and its very useful to have a fridge in the room, but there is no microwave. I also liked the ability to do laundry there and it was easy to purchase the coupons needed from the reception desk.

Cons:

I have stayed here twice in the last few years and was expecting it to have had a little renovation (at least a coat of paint) in the last 4 years. It is looking pretty run down in the rooms now, and needs the curtains fixed etc. Small jobs that make a lot of difference. There are other accommodations nearby that are cheaper and now in better condition.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten alles O.K
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges grosses Apartment, sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlen lediglich ein paar Küchenutensillien. Ansonste ist es für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht schlecht.

Cons:

Die Internetverbindung war äusserst schlecht. Ich musste extra einen Router kaufen , um eine dauerhafte Verbindung herzustellen.

the swimming pool

Cons:

Uncomfortable, only the bare essential furniture in the room, no comfortable chair. No desk or table that was at a comfortable height to eat or work at. The building is old and the finishes inside the room very poor and falling apart. Sound insulation between rooms very poor. Noisy, difficult to get some sleep in such an environment. Had to pay a refundable deposit of 100Ringit.
