From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

All in-house guests can enjoy our complimentary shuttle service to the following hospitals:

• Adventist Hospital

Shuttle Schedule

Pros:

unacceptable. I came with my children for a family vacation and purposely booked an executive room to ensure comfort and cleanliness for my family. Instead, we experienced something so disgusting and traumatic that we will never forget it.

The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned at all. There was literal shit on the bedsheet and even a used condom wrapper left behind. The shit on the bed wasn’t even cleaned — it was simply covered with a towel as if that could hide it. This is beyond disgusting, unhygienic, and absolutely shocking.

No family should ever have to experience something this revolting. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and the hotel should be ashamed of such terrible standards.

So richtig nichts. Hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen

Cons:

Der Poolbereich war enttäuschend( kaum Liegen,keine Sonnenschirme und absolut kein Ambiente zum verweilen, ab 19.00 Uhr geschlossen )
Absolut kein Frühstück für Europäer
Schon ziemlich abgewohnt alles

Pros:

De kamer en badkamer waren ruim. Het personeel was vriendelijk. De inkom van het hotel straalde 4 sterren uit, daarna stopte dit. De douche was goed.

Cons:

De kamer was in verval. Het behangpapier hing los aan de muur en de voegen in de badkamer ontbraken en was vies. De tapijten in de gang zaten vol vlekken. Het ontbijt veel keuze maar niet voor de westerse toerist. Het brood was niet te eten van ouderdom en yochurt was op. In de "verse " groeten was het een broeihaard van kleine insecten, ook niet te eten dus. Zeker geen 4 sterren hotel.

liked the room as it was spacious for three pax and location was good

Cons:

the breakfast spread was bad, the plates and cup/source were dusty and not so clean, please improve.
the parking rail (or however you address it) was bad idea as its not easy to park and exit/access to the car due to the space.
the bathroom has slight faulty smell
the TV had only HBO and local channels, since it was raining we were all bored as can't watch any nice movie.
