We enjoyed our time at the jimbaran bay beach resort and spa. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is great for dining options across the road on the beach.
The rooms are nice, and the rooftop bar is anazing!
If you get the chance, include your breakfast as it is a wide spread of different foods.

Great stay there;

The location is amazing, literally across the street from the beach... we could hear the waves crashing to shore from our room. The room is comfortable but lacks a bit of authentic Indonesian charm. They only provided a small amount of drinking water each day so needed to supplement with our own supply. The breakfast buffet is expensive so we opted to eat out away from the hotel restaurant. The hotel has its own seafood place on the beach.. the food was OK but the location was spectacular! The lobby and pool are nice and have some comfortable places to lounge. Highly recommend a small, local place called Warung Meranggi for amazing nasi goreng... the restaurant, which is a short walk from the hotel... it isn't much to look at but the food is delicious! Also recommend a walk down to the fish market for all sorts of sights and smells!

Really good experience at jimbaran bay beach ..peole who work there was the most amazing and everyone just so helpful and friendly.. location was good breakfast was wonderful and ala carte menu all food was great. Nice atmosphere. We loved everything. Except bed.. king size bed its 2 full size beds moved together..while sleeping we felt the gap and that was uncomfortable.. besides that everything was perfect!

Hotel is beautiful restaurant on Property, which is a plus I did not eat there, but I did look at the food while passing I had a regular room there, but lizards were in the room freaked me out so the staff overnight move me to a different room, which was beautiful. Staff was very nice everyone.

Jimbaran Bay is famous for its seafood and sunsets. These were both fantastic, but the Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort and Spa was not so wonderful. The photos in the advertising must have been taken when the property was first built, as the rooms are quite worn, very grubby and the furnishing are coming apart. On my first night, I barely got any sleep because of the noise. It sounded like someone was dragging furniture in the room above me and next to me, literally all night - it was still going on at 3am. The rats or other critters scurrying in the ceiling was also very off putting. The restaurant is very expensive. I would not stay at this property again.

Best value for the price. Staff is very nice & polite. It's in the quieter area of Jimbaran Bay. But walking distance bustling restaurants on the beach. Rooms are OK. Nice, not great. The hotel itself does not have any entertainment. Beautiful roof top bar. But boring. Breakfast buffet is OK. If you are staying here more than 2 days, you will see the same menu. Manager DIDI is a very nice gentleman. If you need anything to be addressed, go talk to him. All & all good stay.

I initially really liked this hotel- the rooms are great, the value (price) was good if you are ok being across from the public beach with those associated challenges. What caused us less enthusiasm was the rampant cigarette smoking and vaping allowed in the restaurant and waiting areas. Those areas enjoyed views of the pools and I guess the idea was since it was covered but open air- smoking would not be bothersome. It was though- and every time we moved away, another smoker popped in and lite up. We were invited to the “non-smoking” area in the back by the spa but it was much less enjoyable - and actually felt like we were being punished for being the non-smokers. We did read that vaping and smoking is prohibited in public in Bali- but many don’t enforce it. For this reason we won’t be returning.

This hotel has saved my vacation. I left the hotel I originally booked within a few hours as it was just awful. I found this place and luckily it was available.

I'm a clean freak so it's not that easy to please me. However, my room was very clean and the staff personally checked in to make sure that everything was to my liking. It was. The room was great and clean and had everything I needed including very fast Internet which was important to me. It also had slippers and a safe and all of the little bathroom goodies!

However, the best thing about this place was the staff. So friendly and kind and everybody knew my name by the end of the first day. The lobby restaurant was great with a big selection of food and they have a really adorable pool with its own bar!

The rooftop restaurant and bar was also great with a live band every day which was really nice and chill.

The rooftop terrace overseas the ocean with an amazing view ( in my video below ).

There is a great coffee shop literary next door to the property and a public beach right across the street ( about 30 seconds away ). I would go there at 2am to watch the falling stars and the ships passing by.
