Unser Aufenthalt am Lago Maggiore war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Leider hatte das hotel zu dem Zeitpunkt ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, aber wir bekamen einen Ventilator und ein Gutschein für jeweils ein freigetränk an der Bar unterhalb des hotels. Die Lage war toll direkt am see. Das Frühstück war super, große Auswahl und sehr leckere Sachen.

Sehr schöne Lage und empfehlswert, wenn die Klimaanlage funktioniert
Pros:

Es lag an einer top lage und die Aussicht war super schön, das Bett war bequem und das Bad super schön. Frühstück war gut und gab alles, was benötigt wird. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt und zu dem Zeitpunkt 33 Grad. Das war sehr unangenehm zum Schlafen. Die Bar darunter war etwas laut und haben oben alles mitbekommen (weil wir das Fenster offen lassen mussten).
Für die defekte Klimaanlage gab es eine Preisreduktion, da diese 4 Tage nicht ging.

dreckige tauben laufen auf dem frühstückstisch herum. es ist stossend und es wird wenig dagegen unternommen und es passt nicht zum bild des hauses. es ist so widerlich!!!!

Tolle Lage mit unschlagbarer Seesicht
Pros:

Das Zimmer war grosszügig bemessen. Die Lage des Zimmers mit Seesicht war natürlich mega. Das Frühstück war ok. Parkingmöglichkeiten im öffentlichen Parkhaus sind super. Das Hotel ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Preis für die Seesicht ist happig. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Restaurants an der Promenade ist es zudem sehr laut. Frühstück war ok. Die Cappuccino-Tassen könnten kleiner nicht sein.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, schön eingerichtetes modernes Zimmer.

Cons:

Etwas stickige Luft, konnten nicht gut Lüften da im EG das Fenster über nacht von der Strasse direkt zugänglich war, Klima-Luft auch etwas muffig.
