Pros:

No hot water , tap not running, no , pool not up to the standard,beach front property is not conductive for people to stay in. Property needs major repairs.

Very very disappointed.

Pros:

Lovely outdoor restaurant on the beach. Good food. Room comfortable, clean, attractive. Great bargain. Staff friendly.
Short way to Fort Appollonia which was small but interesting. It is mainly a museum of history and culture of the area. School children's models of typical household and everyday life were charming. I highly recommend, and plan another trip there soon.

The sea view was amazing & the beach was clean.
Our room was comfortable but there restaurant needs improving as not everything is available on their menu to order

The hotel is in an incredible location, the beach was relatively clean and you can see that the hotel does all they can to keep it that way. The pool and outside areas were generally well kept. Our room although spacious wasn't as nice as we expected, and we had to ask the cleaning staff to clean the rooms. One day of our 3-day stay, as we were out during the day, we came back and the room had not been cleaned. The towels provided had stains on them. I realize it is a 3 star but I expected more. All staff were friendly but many didn't seem used to international clients
