Clean, friendly staff and few steps away from historical center.
Pros:

Clean, in the center. 24/7 reception. The staff is great, really. Could not be happier.

Pleasant experience, very clean and comfortable

The receptionist was very kind and polite, my check in was far after midnight

Cons:

The duvet was a bit too warm for me, that’s why I wanted some fresh air. But as it is in the city center, I couldn’t open the window because of the noise outside

Pros:

Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, хорошие завтраки, удобный номер. Удобно если нужен автовокзал и вокзал в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Нам не повезло – на весь этаж заселилась большая компания подростков. И как подростки они были шумными а звукоизоляция стен и дверей очень низкая. Но это не вина отеля.
