La habitación y las camas y muchisimo la cena a la carta y el grupo de fados
Muy tranquilo eso si ,el personal muy agradable y educado
No me gusto la piscina tan pequeña las zonas comunes pasillos y demas algo antiguos y la bañera en vez de plato de ducha

Lovely quite hotel, good choice at breakfast, large bedroom Lovely rituals toiletries supplied sunbathing towels. 20 mins walk into marina or to beach along a path through a park.

Bit tired in need of refurbishment
The staff at reception were lovely, the room was very spacious and the balcony was big with a lovely view out onto the pool. There were decent options at breakfast, they provide free towels for the pool that they wash everyday in exchange for a pool card they give you on arrival which was great. There is a shuttle service into town from the hotel next door.
The pool is smaller than it looks from the pictures which is deceiving, it’s also shaded at different times in the day. By 4.30/5pm only a few beds were in the sun. Some of the staff were very inexperienced, which I can understand they have to be trained, but glasses weren’t cleared by the pool and tables weren’t wiped, we could see stains the next morning at breakfast. Randomly someone just came into our room unannounced after the room had been cleaned. The cleaners can be heard from very early in the morning. Lastly, it was very noisy at night time, guests coming in and they were very loud.
Brilliant location, enough sunbeds for all guests, delicious and plentiful breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
Some groups were quite loud and disruptive and were not asked to tone it down. This only happened a very small amount of times.
Pool area is a little bit tired and could do with a freshen up and lick of paint on the decking.
The rooms were clean and balcony was good
Pool area in need of a refurb and it was dirty. Needed tables to be wiped down and area round the pool needed swept up. There was also leaves floating in the pool that needed to be brought to attention. Staff did not come and pick up dirty glasses on a regular basis. In fact one glass was lying about for 3 days!
Breakfast wasn’t great either. Not much choice and a lot of the food was cold when you came down later.

As instalações são de excelente qualidade, muito bem cuidadas e proporcionam um ambiente agradável e confortável. A piscina é fantástica, com um espaço muito agradável para relaxar e aproveitar os dias de descanso.
A qualidade da comida também merece destaque, com refeições saborosas e bem apresentadas, contribuindo para uma experiência ainda mais agradável.
Um dos pontos fortes do hotel é, sem dúvida, a simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os funcionários. Foram sempre muito atenciosos, disponíveis e prestáveis, fazendo-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem recebidos.
A suíte foi outro dos grandes destaques da estadia: muito confortável, espaçosa, bem equipada e com excelentes condições, proporcionando todo o conforto necessário para umas férias de qualidade.
No geral, foi uma estadia excelente, num hotel que recomendo sem hesitar. Certamente uma experiência a repetir!

A simpatia dos funcionários é o tamanho do quarto também era bom,embora pudesse haver um porta ou umas cortinas para qu a sala podesse estar mais resguardado visto que era para dormir a terceira pessoa
Da limpeza da piscina e a dos quartos poderia ser mais específica visto que eu não referi que não queria que não limpassem todos os dias e isso não aconteceu
