Stayed at Hotel No.1 and had a terrible experience. The service quality is pathetic.
From check-in to check-out, the staff showed no professionalism or courtesy. Basic requests were ignored.

Sanjib is a very hospitable person, really liked his service. Goes out of his way to help!
It’s quite close to the US embassy so great for proximity. location is decent.
Breakfast is decent.
However, there are quite a few issues:
- Renovation going on for the building, so it’s not as they make it seem online. it can get quite noisy
- There are strange smells in the first floor and bathrooms.
- Wifi can disconnect at random times
- Would put it more as a 3 star than 4 star

Good, a little overpriced for the property
It was a very nice stay. All the staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful from the time we checked in till the time we left. They went above and beyond to help us out, especially Mr Sanjib, who was very warm. I would definitely return here.
