Experience of 2 Days stay at aauris
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Auris for 2 days. Room is spacious and good . But Early in the morning, the housekeeping staff came to our room and took a water glass, saying it belonged to Room 205. We didn’t think much of it at that time.
However, during checkout, the staff told us that one glass was broken and charged us ₹118. It felt like the housekeeping staff smartly replaced a new glass with a broken one and blamed us for it. This was very disappointing and felt like cheating.
We were already late for our flight, so to avoid missing it, I paid the amount even though it was unfair. Such behavior spoils the guest experience and raises serious trust issues.
I would advise future guests to be careful and double-check such matters during their stay

I have visited Tuscan Spa at Aauris Hotel, 4 Robinson Street, Kolkata a few times, and each experience has been consistently excellent.

One therapist in particular, Debjani, deserves special appreciation. She is highly skilled, professional, and ensures a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating massage every time.

Her technique, attention to detail, and calm approach make the entire session truly refreshing. I genuinely value the quality of service she provides and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a soothing and well‑executed massage.

Tuscan Spa continues to maintain a high standard, and Debjani’s work is a big part of that.

Great option to stay in Kolkata.
Pros:

The staff was very attentive, polite and friendly. Starting with the security, front desk & reception to the breakfast and restaurant, everyone was great.
Breakfast was pretty good, with plenty of options, and the staff was always ready to support your requests.
The room was comfortable, with a decent size, and comfortable bed. The room amenities are also pretty up to the standard of a good hotel.

Cons:

It is not an old hotel, but you can tell that it is aging. Could be a bit more clean to be perfect. But to be honest, these are not really negative comments.
