I had a wonderful time in Armaan hotel such a great staff and the service and the facilities is all our best hundred percent can recommend for them. Specially I want to thank Guest Relations officer roach for the nice hospitality and the great service.

After reserving the room for a couple, I contacted the hotel and was attended by Mr. Uday who explained to me everything and took all my requests. When I reached the hotel, I was offered a welcome lemonade drink with an option of Arabic coffee and dates and I was treated with an above excellent customer experience at the reception by a very kind and accommodating Ms. Roche, detailing on every details and amenities and allotting a very good room. During my stay, I noted the hotel being very clean, sound proof rooms, well maintained interior and a very good customer service. The lobby in particular is very comfortable with slow relaxing music to welcome every guest. Ms Roche and Mr. Uday have both responded very well to all my queries in the day and night respectively. From the start with early check-in, a top floor room, extra amenities, responding to all the information and providing details on the loyalty card, including helping me charge my phone😅 to the late check out request, absolutely all of this service they gave me with a beautiful smile. Roche is very interactive and guides well and Uday has the response for all the queries. The hotel also has a good entertainment area with a few lounges for a lively night life. The sumptuous buffet breakfast at the top floor was very delicious too. The hotel has a great view of the avenue especially the views in the lifts and the hotel is located in a bustling area with restaurants and stores nearby. To the management, the reception staff is the best I have seen after visiting more than 15 countries. I had a memorable experience and worth the money spent and I am recommending it to all my family and friends and also planning to be back to this same hotel and this time a half board or full board experience at one of the luxury suites. To me and my wife, the service and hospitality was as good as a 5 star hotel.
I hoped the concierge would have guided more on the events in the city and some local tours. Also generally I prefer praying room seperate and not connected to other hall. Some amenities were on demand( bathrobes and slippers) while I expected it to be in the rooms.
