Cons:

Une incompréhension au niveau du fonctionnement de la restauration le soir : impossibilité de dîner au restaurant ou à la cafétéria le dernier soir notre séjour, alors que cette possibilité a été accordée à certains clients.

A hotel with great potential, but it urgently needs renovation / investment to truly deserve its 4*
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms felt modern and stylish. We also liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the overall design of the rooms, while the location was peaceful and pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but it feels much closer to a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was disappointing, with a very limited selection and little variety. It is obvious that the hotel has not been renovated or properly maintained for years, the entrance looks neglected and gave us the impression that the hotel might even be closed when we arrived. The pool was not very clean, there were too few staff during breakfast and dinner, and basic amenities such as a kettle in the room were missing. The abandoned lakes and park surrounding the hotel also create a neglected atmosphere and significantly reduce the overall experience.

Caos en el restaurante. En mayúscula.
Pros:

La chica de recepción simpática y amables.

Cons:

Restaurante un desastre nos quedamos sin comer, dijeron que no podían a atendernos, se comiéramos en la barra donde había dos jildas y dos pinchos de chorizo.
