De persoon die me kwam helpen met het inchecken daar ik problemen had met de machine. Na 1800 is er geen receptioniste meer. Alles is automatisch….. it pissed me off for the 3rd time

Cons:

Dat het inchecken automatisch moet na 1800. It really pisses off vooral als je moet bellen met de nooddienst! Op dat gebied 0/10….. wordt aangeprezen als een +……. Ik vind het een totale ramp!

Except heating everything else was really good. The breakfast is perfect and everyone are really nice.

It was somehow pretty cold in the room. At the hall and anywhere else in the hotel it was very warm but in the room it was pretty cold.

Für eine Nacht ein gutes und schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Schönes, modernes Zimmer. Frühstück lecker und ausreichend.

Cons:

Kaum Empfang im Eingangsbereich. Das machte den Check-in sehr mühsam. Vor allem auch, da diverse Kreditkarten nicht angenommen wurden. Mit WLAN ging es dann einigermassen.
Das Shampoo in der Dusche war leer. Mühsam, wenn man das erst unter der Dusche bemerkt.
