Pros:

Great location right on the Mississippi you could watch the barges go by the food was good Drinks were good. Staff was friendly.

Will stay again
Pros:

When we arrived about 415 our room was ready, but we had stayed before and told the lady our concerns being two ladies alone on our trip that we would like a second floor room because we know you cannot go up without a card to get into the rooms, we felt safer and she upgraded us to a nice room with the Riverview. We appreciated that so much.

Cons:

It was clean and very beautiful view of the river to enjoy

I wouldn’t stay here again

It was close to my location of traveling

Cons:

First our sheets on our beds where dirty . You can see where someone had slept in the bed and they just made it up . The bathroom was dirty There was no heat we had to call front desk to get heat . Our iron didn’t work . And we had to park near on the casino side far over to the middle of the parking lot . A mile away from the hotel .

There was so much dust in our room, mold on shower curtain. The floor in the room and bathroom was dirty and baseboards were dirty. It was if the room hasn’t been used in a long time The top of the clock was covered with dust.THIS PLACE IS REALLY IN NEED OF AN UPDATE.

Very nice property for the price of my room.
Pros:

Front desk staff were very welcoming and helped be with questions and concerns. I will return soon.

Cons:

The constant outdoor music was a little more than distracting. It was loudly playing even in the early morning hours. I enjoy a morning walk, the large parking area was perfect and safe for walking, but the loud music I truly do not see the need for that.

Won’t be returning
Pros:

The room wasn’t ideal, but it was clean and had everything we needed for the night. The highlight was definitely the fantastic view of the Mississippi River from our room. Overall, a decent stay and a great view!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were a few things we didn’t enjoy. The car park was extremely busy with casino guests, making it difficult to find a space. On arrival, we were also required to pay a $50 deposit on top of the room cost.

The room was very dated and smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the hot tub bath was questionable. We were also rudely woken around 7:30am by a maintenance worker carrying out repair work in the room next door, using hammers.

To make matters worse, despite checkout being at 11am, a member of staff walked straight into our room at 10:40am without knocking properly while we were getting changed. This was completely inappropriate and made us very uncomfortable.
