We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful and comfortable resort. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is very good and friendly. Only negative matter was that only Junior suite was available and we missed the nice view from our room, but we had enough time to walk around the big area and enjoy. Restaurant was good with menu where you can find good western style alternatives if you are interested. Breakfast was very asian style and I was missing for example cheese. But coffee was very good and that is not the case always in Thailand. Thank you for your smiling faces and hospitality.
This is a sprawling hotel/resort. It covers a huge area with a mix of accommodation options. From rooms to corner rooms with expanded balconies, living and sitting areas and villas enabling families to stay together. It is not, though, wheelchair or disable friendly. As the resort is built along ridges lines to afford views, there are a lot of steps and uneven paths. They apparently offer staff assistance to cater for those requiring assistance but mobility would still be difficult. Our room offered great views and was comfortable although the bathroom was a little dated and hot water was an issue twice!
The room is nice and clean. Toilet & shower area is spacious. Restaurant breakfast selection is good. Recommend to have your dinner at the hotel as the food is tasty and fresh.
The whole compound is huge, nice with fresh flowers and very well maintained.
Highly recommend to stay here.
The Good
Sprawling grounds with well manicured and beautifully maintained gardens. Great for pics.
Breakfast spread was decent but hardly changed. Good if you’re only staying a night or 2 max.
Buggy service to and from our villa was efficient and staff helpful.
The Bad
Whilst they spent a great deal of effort on the exterior grounds of the resort, the actual accomodation has been sorely neglected. The interior of the villas is old and in dire need of refurbishment especially the bathrooms which have mold. The 2nd floor bedroom is so sparsely furnished we had to put our things on the floor. There was no cupboard or hangers to use and the bathroom is so cramped, the sink had to be placed outside where the “bed” was located. Each time you showered the entire WC would be wet and the old instant water heater was producing lukewarm water even at maximum setting. Not good considering it was winter. Water pressure is weak too so trying to do a quick shower due to the lack of hot water was impossible.
The “bed” comprised of 2 single mattress placed on the floor next to each other; “tatami” style, and were hard while the pillows were old and lumpy. Considering the price per night, it was extremely disappointing.
Would recommend to stay somewhere else but just visit for pic taking of their well maintained exterior grounds.

The villa is beautiful, great service. Great Mountain View. Only negative that they forgot to clean the second restroom, otherwise I would give the excellent rating.

Worth a visit if you are in the area .
We tried to change our booking because of a two day visit to the hospital in Chiang Rai due to severe food poisoning. The hotel in Sukothai was happy to accommodate us. But here they couldn’t be bothered to try and help us when we called two times. They seemed totally indifferent to our situation. We’ve had to change in the past when something unexpected comes up. But we were disappointed with the attitude here. Granted, they’re not required to change anything but the room was available. Money for nothing.
Good view. Villa abit far from reception and restaurant. Need prior arrangement if needed transport only thru Thai contact number. If not will take a 1km walk. Second level toilet and sink limited space. The card key and keys to lock the main door and second level room key best to separate. If not inconvenient when going out

Very welcoming and relaxing resort with great English style buildings and facilities set up. Regret could not stay longer for another day or two.

The property is well looked after. Our room was in a good condition and clean. My only complain was the varieties of their breakfast.
