Temizlik ve rahaklık açısından her şey çok iyiydi. Girişimizde personel oldukça güler yüzlüydü. Sadece klimadan çok ses geliyordu. Birkaç kez kapattık, otomatik açılınca da kapattık. Tiz bir sesti. El yıkama için sabun da yoktu.

Otel her anlamda mükemmeldi çalışanlar kusursuz ve bilgiliydi fakat konakladığımız tarihte yabancı bir gurup gezisine denk geldik. Resmen yam yam sürüsü fareler ile konaklasam daha iyiydi
Kahvaltı yaparken balgam çıkaran burun sümküren hepsi zeytini yiyerek çekirdeği diğer çekirdeklere atan yani burnumuzdan geldi konaklama.

Personellerden özellikle neslihan hanım bizleri in şikayetini anlayarak memnun etmeye çalıştı kendisine ve diğer personellere çok teşekür ederiz.

Beim einchecken waren wir noch sehr positiv gestimmt, auf unsere Nachfrage nach einem Zimmer ohne Teppichboden wurden uns Optionen und eine Alternative geboten, Ausstattung und Einrichtungen sind in die Jahre gekommen, das ist auch okay - so lange es sauber ist. Das war es leider nicht, wir fanden Haare und an der ein oder anderen Stelle Schmutz, wie ein komplett verklebter und verdreckter Badezimmertürgriff. Dies haben wir am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption angesprochen, es wurde nicht wirklich zugehört oder ernst genommen. Deswegen waren wir auch wenig verwundert, dass nichts zusätzlich geputzt wurde, als wir am Abend zurückkamen. Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel wurden hier somit nicht erfüllt.

Banyoda duş çalışmıyordu. Musluklardan akan su basıncı çok az, bu otelin tasarrufu olabilir ama müşteriye zaman kaybettiriyor. Saç kurutma makinesi çok vasat. Sıcak hava üflemiyor. Banyo performansı 2 yıldızlı otel konforundaydı.
