Cons:

one staff member would not let me charge up my phone as I had checked out super early in the morning to do a tour to Gifu. My bags were in storage and I had stayed 5 nights there, I had very little power on my phone andhad to carch train tp Osaka. She was just rude and not helpful and considering I had stayed 5 nights left a bad taste in my mouth. Rude lady in photo

Convenient location with premium amenities.
Pros:

Excellent location to Nagoya station for easy commute to Suzuka Circuit for F1 racing. Amazing shower and bathroom set up. Really good breakfast and 7-11 convenience store located on 1st floor.
