The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was also very nice and fresh, would stay here again if I’m in the area.
Pros:

The property was well situated, the staff were all friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I feel the room could do with a paint but this doesn’t affect your stay.

Al nostro arrivo ore 00.30 al piano terra festa con molta musica. La reception ci doce che finiva 0100. Ci hanno dato camera direttamente sopra ingresso e locale festa. La festa e durata ben oltre ed alle 4 del mattino erano ancora tutti sotto ingresso a fare festa. Impossibile dormire. Mi chiedo visto che sapevi di questo disagio e rischio non potevate darci una camera lontana? Non abbiamo dormito.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner were great, freshly cooked and tasty. Following some work challenges, I happily booked a second night here.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of beautiful Hertford, food good and staff were all lovely.
Pros:

Room was fab for price and staff could not have been more helpful.

Knowledge of where to park was tricky to find ahead of stay which made initial checking stressful

Pros:

Fab location, lovely room with the facilities you expect and a great night’s sleep.

Cons:

My friend booked direct I booked on booking.com. My stay was approximately £20 more expensive but no issues as I get virgin points.
