Suited our needs and good value for money.
Pros:

Staff very helpful. Very comfortable room including tea and coffee making facilities.

Cons:

Overall enjoyed it
Pros:

Room ideally located in centre of Hertford and local amenities. Room good, small issues like curtains fraying.
Breakfast very good, abit different from previous visit but still very nice.

Cons:

In fairness in years we have been using Hertford House, we have been warned about it could be noisy, particularly at the weekend. This was certainly the case this past visit.

A good hotel in the heart of Hertford
Pros:

It was a lovely room overlooking one of the city squares. The breakfast started at the civilised time of 07:00. We were allowed to leave our bags in safekeeping after check out, and were able to collect them when ready to leave Hertford

Served it purpose but little expensive with the issues we faced
Pros:

Location amazing. Rooms decent size and very clean

Cons:

Heating and air con hard to get right either was cold or way to hot. Also our room backed onto the outside fans which went on all night. No double glazing so was a noisy night. Facilities basic no fridge.

Perfectly nice stay in Hertford.
Pros:

Second time staying here. Great location. The full English was as good as I remember last time. Staff really good. Restaurant and bar staff a pleasure to deal with. Check in really friendly, can't fault it.

Cons:

Room a little pokey. Some Viakal in the toilet wouldn't go amiss. Electronic shower a pain - would prefer a good old fashioned manual jobby. A little expensive for what it is...

Lovely venue, would stay again.

Lovely venue. Friendly staff, clean room, quiet especially for a busy Saturday night. Perfect for a solo trip or getaway.

Cons:

Wifi was a bit scatty at times. Had to reschedule 2 calls because the wifi was dodgy.
