I will reconsider it for a next stay due to their policies.

Everything is great on that Accomodation

Cons:

I find it a bit disappointing that the check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00, while an early check-in requires an additional fee of CHF 45.
Normally, the time between check-out and check-in should be used to prepare the room for the next guest, rather than being treated as an additional paid option.

Overall I felt safe in the neighbourhood and will stay again if we return
Pros:

Location was great, my partner was having surgery so I wanted to book a place close to the clinic but still within walking distance to the historic city section. This location was perfect, I was able to walk to both places. Saying that, public transport was an option as it was steps away and yet the street is very quiet. The communication was quite good, customer service/reservations answered our questions promptly and when we requested extra bed pillows, they delivered them to us within the hour.

Cons:

We tried multiple times to use the buildings communal washing machine but unsuccessful. We followed the instructions but received error messages every time. It would have been nice to have had that amenity since we stayed 8 nights. We found the nightly rate high however, after looking around at other similar accommodations, City Stay was a far more reasonable option and was very comfortable.

City Stay at Lindenstrasse has never let us down
Pros:

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well located and extremely clean. This is not our first time here, but we keep on coming as the standards are always so high. It has never let us down.

Cons:

Actually the living room could be slightly cozier.

The location is very near to Tram station . There are 2 supermarkets neaby.
Pros:

There are no onsite staff. Heaters are not effective in room that has sofa cum bed

Cons:

For washing clothes we have to pay ( along with buy your own washing pods) unlike london where its free including washing liquid pods.

Pros:

Ausstattung, insbesondere das Bad, war super.
Personal am Telefon und per Mail sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Öffentliche Parkplätze überall in den umliegenden Straßen vorhanden, bzw. ein Parkhaus in wenigen Minuten Entfernung. Tram-Haltestelle direkt in der Nähe. Wenige hundert Meter zum See.

Cons:

Viel zu hellhörig. Oft extrem laut im Haus. Insbesondere wenn gereinigt wird, ist an Schlaf kam zu denken. Hier sollte wirklich etwas getan werden. Das ist anstrengend und extrem störend.

A great, comfortable place in a convenient location. We would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The location is excellent. We arrived quite late, but the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making everything quick and smooth. The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, and communication with the staff was fast and helpful by both email and phone. Parking was also very convenient, which made our stay even easier.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations and worked very well for our stay.
