The location is very near to Tram station . There are 2 supermarkets neaby.
Pros:

There are no onsite staff. Heaters are not effective in room that has sofa cum bed

Cons:

For washing clothes we have to pay ( along with buy your own washing pods) unlike london where its free including washing liquid pods.

Pros:

Ausstattung, insbesondere das Bad, war super.
Personal am Telefon und per Mail sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Öffentliche Parkplätze überall in den umliegenden Straßen vorhanden, bzw. ein Parkhaus in wenigen Minuten Entfernung. Tram-Haltestelle direkt in der Nähe. Wenige hundert Meter zum See.

Cons:

Viel zu hellhörig. Oft extrem laut im Haus. Insbesondere wenn gereinigt wird, ist an Schlaf kam zu denken. Hier sollte wirklich etwas getan werden. Das ist anstrengend und extrem störend.

A great, comfortable place in a convenient location. We would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The location is excellent. We arrived quite late, but the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making everything quick and smooth. The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, and communication with the staff was fast and helpful by both email and phone. Parking was also very convenient, which made our stay even easier.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations and worked very well for our stay.

Pros:

The apartment is spacious. The apartment that we booked had 2 separate rooms (1 proper queen bed, 1 sofa bed), a kitchen and 1 bathroom. There are segregated areas for dining and sleeping which is good when you have young kids who sleep before you. The dining table is in the room with the sofa bed. The apartment also prepared the baby cot bed with beddings (pillow & blanket) as requested. The kitchen facilities are almost complete. The toilet is very clean and modern. There is definitely enough rooms for all luggages for a big family. Appreciate the big space and overall good hygiene of the place.

Cons:

One of the 2 apartments that I booked for my family and I had a very funky, fishy smell wafting through the entire apartment. We suspect that it has to do with something rotten left in the fridge or dropped behind the cabinets. The smell stayed on throughout our 4D3N stay even though we left the windows open to ventilate. The kind staff also helped to spray disinfectant and room spray but to no avail. The kettle in that apartment had weird stains at the bottom as well, which we did not use entirely.

Ich möchte Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu meinem Aufenthalt geben, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die wiederholten Schwierigkeiten mit der Zimmerkarte.
Beim Check-in am Freitag funktionierte die Karte zunächst einwandfrei. In der Nacht jedoch konnte ich mein Zimmer nicht mehr betreten. Der telefonische Notfalldienst war zwar erreichbar und hilfsbereit, konnte das Problem jedoch nur provisorisch mittels einer Notfallkarte lösen.
Am Samstagmorgen benötigte ich erneut eine neue Karte, da auch diese nicht funktionierte. Leider wiederholte sich dasselbe Szenario am Samstagabend gegen 01:00 Uhr – wiederum war die Karte ungültig, erneut musste der Service angerufen und eine neue Karte ausgestellt werden. Insgesamt mussten während meines Aufenthalts dreimal neue Karten ausgestellt werden.
Das war nicht nur sehr mühsam, sondern auch nervenaufreibend und zeitintensiv. In Notfällen oder für Gäste, die die Sprache nicht sprechen, kann eine solche Situation schnell kritisch werden.
Was ich ausdrücklich loben möchte: Ihr Personal war jederzeit freundlich, lösungsorientiert und hilfsbereit – das habe ich sehr geschätzt.
Ich empfehle dennoch, das Kartensystem und die zugrunde liegende Technik sorgfältig zu überprüfen, sofern es sich nicht um einen Einzelfall handelt.
