Não tiraram o lixo do quarto, a saboneteira estava com resíduo dando a entender que não higienizaram o banheiro da forma correta ou nem higienizaram. Janelas antigas sem isolamento acústico nenhum. Colchão desconfortável com um calombo no meio.

Péssima experiência
Cons:

Atendimento no check-in foi péssimo: funcionários mal educados, mesmo eu já tendo realizado o web-checkin o processo foi demorado, não recebi informações básicas (horário e local do café ou localização do quarto, por exemplo). Reservei/paguei quarto com cama queen e, quando fui dormir, vi que eram duas camas de solteiro colocadas juntas, o que gerou desconforto devido ao "vão" criado entre elas, além de ter uma lâmpada na cabeceira que fazia com que eu batesse a cabeça a qualquer movimentação. Quarto com roupa de cama velha, fios à mostra, mofo em quase toda a porta do banheiro. Não há controle algum no café da manhã, então pessoas que não pagam pelo café conseguem ter acesso livremente (fazendo quem pagou se sentir lesado). Experiência horrível!
